It was never recalled, they have never had a permanent solution. They know its in the clutch and flywheel but they arent going to want to reaplce both on 69k plus vehickes.
I will be doing the opposite, July and August in Florida suck. I will put the freedom panels back during the extreme heat and the Surinder the rest of the time.
There are no Heavy Duty axles. They are all D44's. The difference in the axles is a timy bit of width. And its not necessarily the housing that's the issues going to 37s and 40s, it's the axle shafts and other components that are weak.
