I'm not familiar with Metal Cloaks track bar, but ours is designed to run a 37" spare tire without any rubbing issues, and some smaller 38s will work as well. However, it is actually not the track bar you are going to start to rub first with larger spares, that space will really only accommodate...

This is pretty much what I would say! You don't have to necessarily start from one particular side, but always best to get the wheelbase set first with the lowers, than move on to the uppers as long as the track bars are already in. Another thing to make note of here that a lot of guys/shops...

The ride would be totally fine! I just don't know if it would be worth it, as the Mojave guys still need to run at least 2" shock extensions in order to make the shocks work with the lift, and with shock extensions, you aren't really getting any more travel. Most of the Mojave guys go that route...
