My late 21 (picked up in mid December) has a shudder in the trans. Have to take it into the shop guess it didn’t get enough fluid at the factory and/or some issue with the fluid (wrong, contamination). This thread makes me think I should go ahead and just flush and fill everything
That rumble strip vibration does seem to rule out wheel/tire issues. Everything points to torque converter shudder. Looks like there has been a fair bit of issues with this on other cars.

Any updates? I took my truck into my local shop to install a few things. Asked them to try and balance the tires better as I said earlier have similar vibrations. Welp they ended up going down a crazy rabbit hole. After spending two days just messing with the balance and rotating around they...
I could be wrong but yes over a sport. The Rubicon has at least 2” over the sport IIRC and believe the 2” lift is with respect to a Rubicon model. Have seen reports that lift on a sport is much more than 2”.
You folks have the best videos! Thanks for updating this thread. Looking forward to seeing those rigs!
Will there be longer coils and Falcon shocks to accompany the arms? Like 5.5”-6”?
Those work, never used one on my JT and not planning to. In the vw tuning world they are pretty common when you tune for higher power. Not sure if that is because of the extra power or because after tuning you are more likely to be getting on it, increasing blow by. the service every 30-40k to...
Note as alluded to above if you go too low you will not get any mpg bump. I went 5.13 with 37” tires its great for off road and towing. I keep it around 65ish on highway and mileage took a pretty good hit, sitting around 18mpg.
The regular alpine are nice they have factory like bushings but beefier. They are pretty low maintenance and will take more abuse than a lot of other options if you live in the rougher parts. I believe you can also buy the IR bushings down the road and put them in the non-IR arms.
@XraytecH Yes but there is cutting off the old brackets. That said should be easy enough to do in the afternoon.
@Sank think you get IR bushings with RT, speedbumps, front/rear trackbar (CT has front) and looks like some sort of metal skid plate.
Looks like the full kit is available as CT3 Long arms over on RubiTrux

Trying to figure out the part numbers so I can maybe find just the long arms and supporting parts. I already have the ST4...
If I didn't have four kiddos I'd be all over the Willys Sport / Sport models. I have nothing against rolling up windows manually or using a key to get things locked/unlocked. The "automatic" climate is comical in regards to German/Japanese cars I can't see it being all that much better than...
Wow those are some cool shocks and that screen that mounts on the tcase shifter is something! Watched the video on the site and swear they show knurled for your version of the kit. Maybe they got lazy and where using the same setup in the promo video.
When I take my mind out of "its an almost brand new vehicle" I can like whats going on there. I can see a finished product with a custom rack and the tailgate back on. I'm sure it has great angles off road with the bob more akin to the wrangler and still has some extra storage useful for moving...
You gotta add some $ amount for a new front driveline if you are going with those Fox shocks. Over 28.65" extended up front and the stock driveline meets with the exhaust. As you can see above the Falcon up front cap out at 28.40" so you won't have that issue. You lose 2" of total extension and...
Already made some great memories in bit under three months owning mine. Looking forward to many more. Think about this truck waaay too much. It definitely makes ya feel a certain way. Going to EJS next month and plan to check off some other bucket list items like Death Valley camping this Fall...
