I'm waiting for my Sport S to be built, so spending too much time looking into such things. You CAN order the grille, but the Sport also requires some extra bits.
Mopar Black Satin Grille - The grille itself
Mopar Grille Molding Kit - The left & right molding pieces
Mopar Grille Molding - the...
Based on the data currently available... no idea. There is nothing in the order sheet specifying the GVW for the High Altitude. /c: There is no indication that it has improved gearing, so I don't expect it to be Max Tow for Overland... but it could just be that they haven't called out the 4.10...
Sorry, forgot to come back to this... my guy said 8 weeks. I was starting to think I wanted one of the steel campers out there... but that's $3600 with no options and I kind of want the carpet inside there for my doggos and in hopes that maybe it's a little bit of insulation.
See, that's just odd... because there are also Door Sills that are the scratch guards. That being said, here's the "Sill Rail" situation in the order form:
PROTECTION SILL RAILS (XGS) - Standard Feature in Willys Sport and Willys. Those are then listed as a Standard feature on the Mojave as...
The raised fenders lend to that taller, more aggressive-looking stance. If you look at the roofline, they kinda look like the same truck.
This picture is great to me because it shows it's really not that much different.
I almost pivoted to Mojave when ordering my Max Tow and this helps me...
Looks like the "High Altitude" is pretty awesome... and expensive. It has the wide Rubicon axles and all the safety options.
Also, there is nothing in the Willys Sport/Willys descriptions saying it comes with rock rails... unless that's what "PROTECTION SILL RAILS" are.
I'm getting Gladiator...
Yah, I was down to 34 in may... sitting at 36 when I looked last night.
It'll be interesting to see how much different my stock Max Tow will feel vs my modified Wrangler JKU feels.
I have much more fun going fast on bumpy things as well... if I'm going to go up rocks at a hiking pace I'll just hike. *shrug*
I've only just ordered my JT Sport so have no seat in the pants experience but am working out how to make it feel more Mohave-esque.
I don't plan to go with too big...
That looks just about perfect, really love the wheels as well. So to be clear:
Front:
Synergy 1" Coils - 8863-10
Teraflex Falcon Shocks - SP2 2.1 Monotube
Daystar 1/2" spacer (I can only find a 3/4" spacer on the Daystar site, but Teraflex has a 1/2" spacer.)
Rear:
Stock Overland Coils...
From what I can see, mounting the Mojave springs is gonna be a bit tricky because of the extra reservoir which appear to mount up in the bumper space. I'll be curious to see people getting them and trying them though... I was looking at the Teraflex piggyback stuff as a possible alternative.
Did you order the springs from Mopar? Where did you get them? I just posted a different thread (about shocks) but would love to get ahold of Mojave springs.
I'm plotting the suspension setup to put on my Gladiator when it gets here next month. I don't want a lift. I don't want 37" tires. I plan on going with 295/70/17 Duratracs most likely so really just a little oomph is my plan.
To that end, I'm reading up on the Teraflex Falcon SP2 2.1 Monotube...
That appears to be for the Willys Sport, which is just the Willys package on top of the Sport... which has no fancy options like premium, etc. The Willys (non-sport) gives access to all that other stuff... its the 26W.
My order for a Sport S had the 4 additional gallons of gas... but it's not...
