I think that it probably is, but they are "fixing it" and they aren't going to give incremental status updates, thats how big companies just work. I have a friend who's FCA Minivan had its headunit bricked doing an OTA Update. I'm sure the are doing some testing to make sure stuff like that...

I’m planning on getting the XRC Gen3 12k. It’s a nice winch, has great specs, lights, and a positive lug for my air compressor. You’re right, it’s a great deal and I’ve been reading great reviews of its predecessors. In before the shittybilt comments ;)
