  1. Sport S Max Tow Build

What are your impressions of the max tow and the 37's? I'm looking at a very similar build (basically just different styles) so your setup is a great preview!
  2. June Money Factor-US Bank

Residuals do not go back up...they start high and then go down as the model year gets older (remember, the residual is essentially how much the vehicle is worth at the end of the lease...the newer a vehicle is, the higher the residual). Once the new model year is released, they tend to drop even...
  3. FL dealer at 7% below invoice

I will be leasing, so that is what my discussions with them centered on...though unless I am mistaken, there are no lease incentives.
  4. FL dealer at 7% below invoice

Just passing along info: I was offered 7% below invoice on in-stock Gladiators at Winter Haven Dodge. Ultimately, I ended up not taking it as they only have one unit that is close to what I want, and it has 10k worth of markup from Mopar accessories. That said, they had several stock units and...
  5. June Money Factor-US Bank

Head over to forum.leasehackr.com and there’s a ton of info about leasing. They also have a calculator where you can plug in the numbers and see (roughly) what your payment will be. Just remember, the more homework you do on the front end, the closer that number will be to the final value.
  6. June Money Factor-US Bank

Any chance of getting a September sheet? Would love to know what the base MF is. RV numbers are available via Edmunds but those folks never know the MF.
  7. Jeep Reliability?

Probably not a popular side, but my experiences with Jeeps aren't quite as rosy as what most folks hear paint. I've had quite a number of Jeeps over the years (I'm on vehicle #54 right now), ranging from flat fenders to CJs to YJs, XJs, TJs, ZJs and JKs. While almost all of them were very...
  8. Dealer waited until my Sport S arrived to change the lease deal

Glad to hear you were able to make a deal. For future reference, it's almost unheard of for any dealer to promise a lease price in advance of delivery. RV and MF changes monthly, and that is what the financial institutions utilize to determine your payments.
  9. Lease information

Please don't put $5k down on a lease; just puts you in a bad position if something were to happen to the vehicle after you drove off the lot. Other than paying taxes or misc. fees, you generally should put nothing down on a lease.
  10. Leasing a Jeep Gladiator

This is not accurate; the residual value can, and often does, drop throughout the year, regardless of whether it is the newest model year or not. As the vehicle's estimated value changes in the market (which happens throughout the year), the RV will adjust to reflect those changes. Long story...
  11. Leasing in Michigan - a bit of confusion

Just head over to Leasehackr forum and read some of the horror stories when folks new to leasing put lots of money down and then total the vehicle. At best, it's a long and arduous process to be made whole...unfortunately most people learn the hard way that they should never have done it in the...
  12. What gas milage are you getting?

Interesting that they say a more "realistic" highway speed is 65mph. I don't know where they drive, but regardless of where I'm at, when I'm on the highway I'm pushing at least 75-80mph all day long just to stay with traffic. Currently live in FL, but we take road trips as far as CO and up to VT...
  13. Apparently Gladiator competition is coming.... Ford Bronco Pickup

From what I've read, the Bronco is slated to have solid axles front and rear, as well as an available 7 speed manual transmission.
  14. How Much Did You Pay For Your Gladiator

Which FL dealer did you get this at? I’m in Tampa but would travel for that kind of pricing around here.
  15. BuiltRight's 2020 Gladiator Build Thread

Build is looking great! Quick q: did you notice any sag in the rear with the weight of the bed rails/rack and RTT? Just curious since you lifted the front only if the OEM rear suspension handles added weight without sag.
  16. BuiltRight's 2020 Gladiator Build Thread

Exactly the gladiator I'm looking to add to the garage...though I do wish the max tow was offered in a manual transmission. Interested to see the photos of the lift and tires. I'm sure it'll be a great alternative to driving the larger Raptor around town.
  17. Jeep Gladiator vs Ford Ranger on Off-Road Course (TFL)

I'm amazed if that statistic is correct...I would certainly have expected Rubicons to be a smaller portion of total JL sales numbers. Not saying you are incorrect, just that it's not what I would have expected by any means.
  18. Gladiator Rubicon VS Colorado ZR2 Bison comparison at Moab (TFL)

LED lights always flicker on videos...I'm no AV tech but I do know it has something to do with the camera's ability to record and play back the LED lights (i.e., it's not something wrong with the Jeep, it's just a camera thing).
  19. Manual Trans 3.73 or 4.10?

Very disappointed that the 4.10 won’t be an option with the manual transmission
