  1. Clayton Lift Installed…Vibrations?

It's not that needing to replace the front driveshaft in certain situations is new, it's just that for some reason, Jeep started releasing random models on some of the newer Jeeps without the front axle disconnect, where traditionally this was only done on specific models like the 392 since the...
  2. Clayton Lift Installed…Vibrations?

Yes in that case you will definitely need an upgrade, I would highly recommend giving our friends over at Adams or Tom Woods a call to see what they recommend!
  3. Clayton Lift Installed…Vibrations?

  7. Clayton Off Road JT Suspension Systems

Pretty much! The only difference is if you have the non-Rubicon style fenders you would be able to run 37s with the 3.5" kit, and if you did have the Rubicon style fenders you could run up to 39s!
  8. Clayton 3.5” - rear coil rubbing on… bolt?

Hey there! So a couple of solutions, one would just be to flip that bolt around which would eliminate the contact point, and the other would be to shorten the rear upper control arms to bring your rear axle in a little more, as it is difficult to tell through the picture but it looks like the...
  9. Clayton Offroad Spring Install Problems

I can say with absolute certainty 150 lbs would not squat the springs, as this is a product we have been selling for a long time now, and through our own and customer testing the non HD springs always handle around 300 lbs before sitting level. It sounds like there is something else going on, we...
  10. Clayton Offroad Spring Install Problems

Hey there, glad it looks like this issue is pretty much resolved, that little trick usually always works to remove any lean from bind. For the reverse rake though, that is a bit weird. I would be interested to know exactly how much weight you are running from accessories, because it is...

  19. Excessive rear spring bow/bump stops not lined up

Hey there, spring bow is totally normal as you are rotating the axle backwards which is where the coil mounts are welded to, and so the coils just naturally follow. The key is finding a good balance between the amount of bow and the pinion angle and then you should be good to go! Other than...
