Fluid is full and everything is tight. I don’t know if there is air in the system but there is no sign of that. It happens exactly in the same spot every time and feels mechanical but we will see.
I noticed when I am stopped and turn left slowly, there is a position where it jumps and you feel the steering wheel jolt slightly. I think this is the same area that causes a sensation of a left pull when driving. Almost like the wheel should straighten out after lane change but doesn’t and...

Interesting you mention a strange left pull. I think my second box pulls left a little when engine rpms are high. I am still evaluating it but it feels like it and goes away once rpms drop.
Its the new steering box. Tires can easily be ruled out by switching them from left to right and seeing if the pull trades sides. Mine did the same thing right after the first new box. I showed my dealer alignment specs, and told them I already rotated the tires. They agreed to install a second...
Nice Gladiator! I am interested in your thoughts on the 4:56 axle ratio it has. I am running the same 37 KO2 tires and about to regear mine but can’t decide to go 4:56 or 4:88.
Did you try swapping the two front tires to see if the pull changes directions? The most common cause of pulling is tires. Axles should also be centered to really properly evaluate things.
I had the TSB done and it began pulling to the right afterwards. I rotated the tires and had the alignment checked to make sure they were not causing the pull before I went back to the dealer. I asked the service manager if they had any problems with the new boxes and he said no. He drove it and...
I had the steering box TSB performed and it began pulling to the right afterwards. Being lifted, I felt the dealer may blame the pull on something else so I had the alignment checked and I rotated the tires to make sure there was not another cause before I went back. The service manager said...
I am aware it would require offset ball joints to change once the axle has been welded. I am just trying to find out why they recommend more caster on the passenger side.
I am curious why you have slightly more caster recommended on the passenger side. Mine measures about opposite with 6.0 driver and 5.7 passenger. Thanks
