Very nice!! Let me know how the 4.56 works out for you, if you dont mind. I am going to buy the tires (35s), then the lift (2in), and then re-gear (not sure yet). Hopefully in time for this upcoming summer.
I do not wave at 4xe wranglers nor will I for future 4xe JTs. They are not worthy! And its easy enough to tell the difference with the blue tow hooks they use to be towed up hill once their battery dies.
Hard to argue with this! Love the tire/wheel setup. Are those 35s? I am thinking of putting 35s on my Willys but it starts getting pretty expensive after adding the lift kit and im assuming I would need to regear too.

Seems like Minty JL thinks Mojave is the only way to go and anyone that doesnt have one is beneath him. Minty JL also lives in Maryland while driving a desert runner... LMAO!!!
I would be willing to bet its coming from somewhere in the hub assembly. Maybe take it apart and lubricate it really good. and see if it helps. It would be an easy place to start. (being you've already ruled out the wheels)
Have you checked out the wheel hub assembly. specifically where the assembly is mounted to the steering knuckle. Does it do it when turning or going straight?
