I'm sure that is true for some prospective buyers. But I think most people buy Jeeps for the 'fun' factor and not the reliability factor. Top down, doors off, customized to the hilt, off road fun. A Taco is just long-lasting, reliable boredom by comparison.

Leatherseats.com makes a custom center console cover with a recessed built-in wireless charger. Really nice looking cover, too, in any leather (or vinyl) you want.

Watching this thread. I thought about making a DIY rear bumper using powder coated aluminum 6" x 2.5" c-channel, but I wimped out and bought a Rugged Ridge HD rear bumper. But I may switch out to a DIY one in the future.

I suspect investment in that I-6 may have been stopped by the electric vehicle craze sweeping manufacturers. I fear all development $$$ has been switched over to EV and we'll never see that I-6. Sadly.

I ordered the entire interior kit from leatherseats.com because they offer more than just seat covers, but matching center console cover, shift boots, armrest covers, and dash pad. Katzkins only offers the seat covers and I wanted to "undo" more...

Maybe Stellantis will switch Sarge Green for John Deere Green in the near future?
