Use some sturdy cardboard to mock up a template. It’s not straight or rectangular. Lots of subtle curves and angles needed to get it just right. Once it’s perfect, transfer the design to your material and cut it out. The plate is held in place with the overrider bar and the flat stock for rigidity.

Yes. Under the plate is a piece of aluminum flat stock. Used that to stiffen the plate and provide a mounting surface.

@Robrouss1 if you’re talking about the underside bolts, there are 4 on each side. Many steps however only use 3 of them and not 4.

Love everything about my MT tires. Only “concern” about moving up to their 37s is they are one of the heavier of the whole bunch. In my opinion, look much better than the BFG’s and perform better than the KO2.

Seems high. I want to say my gear job only was about $2300 and a locker would have added essentially parts they said, so maybe $3500ish. It’s not crazy, but seems a little high.
