  1. Rugged Ridge Arcus

Use some sturdy cardboard to mock up a template. It’s not straight or rectangular. Lots of subtle curves and angles needed to get it just right. Once it’s perfect, transfer the design to your material and cut it out. The plate is held in place with the overrider bar and the flat stock for rigidity.
  2. Rugged Ridge Arcus

Yes. Under the plate is a piece of aluminum flat stock. Used that to stiffen the plate and provide a mounting surface.
  3. Rugged Ridge Arcus

@Jpeazy21 aluminum diamond plate custom cut and sprayed black.
  4. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

@Robrouss1 if you’re talking about the underside bolts, there are 4 on each side. Many steps however only use 3 of them and not 4.
  5. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Stole the idea from @Sarge502 who messaged me a bunch of photos and more info. My TRASH NFab steps were already showing many signs of rust in less than 4 months. No doubt they would have disintegrated in less than 2 years. Got the company to return them for a full refund. Bought these GoRhino...
  6. Mojave regear

100% 5.13 you’ll likely pay around $2-2500 not a diy job unless you’re extremely capable and have access to a handful of specialized tools etc.
  7. Let’s see those Granite Crystals with Bronze Wheels

Love everything about my MT tires. Only “concern” about moving up to their 37s is they are one of the heavier of the whole bunch. In my opinion, look much better than the BFG’s and perform better than the KO2.
  8. Let’s see those Granite Crystals with Bronze Wheels

This is great. Can’t wait till my 35” Baja Boss tires fall apart so I can order new wheels and tires.
  9. Canada - Ontario Bestop Sunrider - black twill version

($700 US) for those who aren’t fluent in Canadian.
  10. Bigger tires vs. re gearing?

People on forums are full of it and in denial. The variables on a 3.73 with a 2” lift and 35” tires are nearly identical, yet they still continue to make up stories to justify it. You have a Sport on 35” tires and a 2” lift with 3.73 gears? Oh, AND you still average 18.6 mpg on the highway and...
  11. Quote for gears and lockers on sport s

Seems high. I want to say my gear job only was about $2300 and a locker would have added essentially parts they said, so maybe $3500ish. It’s not crazy, but seems a little high.
  12. Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T tire - $100 rebate plus flat rate shipping

These tires have certainly exceeded my expectations.
  13. Anyone try ClearLidz panoramic freedom top?

I have Clearlidz in my truck when the soft top isn’t on. It’s … unique, but I actually miss it when it’s not on. Love the open feeling and the light. It’s not panoramic in the sense that the ribs distort the view, but it’s still very cool. Mine was also a CL find for around $700 which made it...
  14. Apple Car Play works wireless?

Mines in the center console and velcroed out of the way in there.
  15. 6th gear most of the time.

I’ve got 4.88. A regear is your only solution. That or 32” tires and stock height.
  16. New Hampshire Intake

    Sorry, no. Forgot to update.
  17. Mojave orange mods

Looks like “limitless” A search will find them no problem. Other options that are similar are HAUK and urban jeep outfitters
  18. Who has managed to get 4.88 gears in the last 2-3 months?

Try off-road elements in MA (online.) They are great to work with. I had zero issues getting what I needed.
  19. I've now seen as many Mavericks and Santa Cruz as

I heavily considered buying one, and likely wouldn’t have regretted it. My largest issue though upon seeing it, is off-road capability. I drive a long unmaintained logging road with huge buried boulders sticking out begging to wreck something. You don’t need anything crazy, but a 4wd full size...
