I wouldn’t blame the delay completely on the pandemic. The jl and jt basically came out at the same time. Another thing is that they also rolled out a complete line of bronco products before they have even released the jt lift. They just didn’t put much energy into it or they haven’t worked out...
I’ve got a set on the front doors. I don’t know if I jacked up the install or what, but mine will not spring up. They are either up or down. Other than the possible user install error, they have been great. They tuck up real nice when you and I haven’t had an issue on the trail with them either...
Plus you would get the 6.4 and all for under 50k. You can order the power wagon option in a tradesman 2500 for sub 50k. I think the power wagon option is like 5k or 7500$ option last time I checked.
Just checked, ram just jacked up the price on power wagon. 60k starting for a 22’…. Still...
Does anyone have the rubicon rear bumper part number? I got rear end and I’m kind of concerned that they will just replace by rubicon rear bumper with a standard plastic bumper. The only part numbers I can find are for two bumpers. 1 for with park sensors and 1 without.
Thanks
Attached you...
OP,
With the intent to still tow and lift, both the Aev and Clayton kits will help. Clayton will cost more due to still having to purchase shocks on top of the kit. AEV comes with shocks. Both kits are designed to carry fully loaded weights. Both will flex well if that’s your thing, but I would...
Quick question for you. I have voswitch and I’ve put off wiring up my twin compressor due to being way to lazy to figure out the wiring situation. Which block on the voswitch are you running yours on and how did you go about routing the main wiring harness from compressor to battery to voswitch...
You can always check out pinehurst, nc. It’s pretty upscale and only about an hour or so east of uwharrie. It’s a pretty straight shot actually. I’m in that area and make the drive out there a couple of times a month.
Pinehurst hosts the us open so, there are some upscale rooms.
Here is what I got from eibach back when I ordered my springs.
Front: E30-51-024-02-20 has a spring rate of 150 lbs/in
Rear: E30-51-024-03-02 has a spring rate of 175 lbs/in to 275 lbs/in
These have been great both on road and off when paired with Bilstein 5100s
I don’t know if this is just an issue yet, but over the weekend I noticed my door handle separating. The handle appears to have a silver plastic cover and when I went to open my door I felt the two pieces delaminating.
Has anyones noticed this and is it a warranty issue? I have ~40k on the...
I went the frankenlift route myself for a 2” lift
Eibach f/r 2” springs (~$350)
Bilstein 5100s (~350)
Mopar lift lower front control arms ($60 for both)
Synergy track bar (250)
Teraflex rear track bar relocation kit (~100..?)
Mopar 2” sway bar extension. (~$60 for all four)
Metalcloak bumpstops...
I feel you. I’ve had old man emu on my last two vehicles. I reached out to them last year about this time and was told July 2021…as you can tell, that time has come and gone. I did my best attempt at making a similar Franken-kit using eibach 2” springs, Bilstein 5100s, mopar lower control arms...
So I purchased a set of the ss3 pods fogs since I have I have the arb stubby bumper and no longer have fog light holes in the bumper. I have a question for those or @Diode Dynamics that have the factory led fog lights. What type of connector is the on these? I’m trying to figure out if I need...
Here of some photos of the truck as it sits now. They are 2” springs and has good stance. The rear now supports tons more weight than stock before it starts sagging. The drive way is on a slope. Those are 315s amd there is plenty of room
I can snap so pictures for sure. The ride with shocks and coil set up is a night and day difference for the better in my opinion. The truck just soaks up the bumps and there is less bobbing and swaying.
