Thanks. I’d like to hear more than anecdotes, though - anyone go through something similar and get it resolved?? (I’ve emailed Clayton with specifics already).
Good day,
Just finished having this kit installed, and the included springs were totally insufficient in the rear. Lots of sag right from the get-go. TF was great and sent out their Outback HD coils to try and it was more of the same!!
Ended up having to temporarily put a 2” spacer above...
I’ve never had an issue storing propane indoors, either, but was curious what others do. I’ll be storing it back there in a custom bag with straps (off my old spare tire). It’s hard not to notice a propane leak, anyways.
Thanks for the replies - You’ve reminded me I’ve plugged up the tailgate using the best I could (tailgate seal kit) due to water and dust incursion - this might come back to haunt me.
I’m going to buy a 12v gas monitor, mount it low in the cap, plug it into that fuse block of mine - and hope I...
Wondering what people do -
I have a smartcap/canopy, so could store in inside but obviously not vented and I have electrical devices mounted (fuse blocks etc).
Could potentially go on the roof, but with a RTT I’m again in a bind.
Came from a JK where I had it mounted to the spare and it...
Wondering if anyone has this particular combination?!
I like having my Sunrider on in the summers. I really dislike the KC A Pillar Mounts for the Pro6 since they block my view of street lights and also need to be completely removed to change a windshield (which I sadly do often).
My...
You’re putting too much weight on a factory/extended warranty. Look around a bit and you’ll find a shop that does better work than the dealer - Mopar lifts are nothing great. If you put a 3.5” quality lift on your Jeep and your radio dies they’re still honoring the warranty. You wouldn’t...
First time poster here -
I have an 8 light Pro6 I pulled from my old JKU that I’d really like to install on my new Gladiator, but I don’t want to use the typical A-pillar mount. I’d like something that a) doesn’t block my view, including stop lights, and b) doesn’t need to get pulled off when...
Buy a depreciating asset with the intention of selling it in the near future, and be unhappy with the outcome. Hmmmmmm. Buy used next time and you can let the original owner take the biggest hit. BUT if you’re financing the used rate will suck. Anyways, hard lesson to learn.
