WOW! Lied about service, bribed you to STFU on a survey?.. And were polite about it? This is why we all have to continue with tolerating this S**T is because we do... Survey should have read:
0 Stars, Lied about service, bribed me to keep my mouth shut instead of taking my rig back and doing...
Yeah, the OG diesels from the sounds of it all do it. Mine had legitimately an Inch of up before contacting the bumps brand new. Had so much rake. Added leveling pucks and solved that problem enough till I took it up to 40's. I would suggest the pucks if lifting is not in the cards. Cheap and easy.
Last time I went to the alignment shop, had em set mine to 5.5 caster and as best I can recollect, .04 Deg on toe in. Had to go a bit less than the stock parameter because of tire size (42). I manned up and took some of the backlash out of the steering box cuz it had a Shit-ton of excessive...
Correct. EPA is numero uno.. I'm in Co and I live where I will have to get emissions at the 7 or 10 year mark can't remember when exactly, I would love to delete, but not interested in doing that swap back and forth every year. Adding insult to my 99 Jeep problems, decided to ask the dealer...

I agree with dip if you love the wheels. I'm planning on painting my truck in their Motor oil color which I think will go great with my 702's that I have now.
That's great you have that. But as I said, third party. They all are and that one is only to 8 years in total, and it's not free... :) I'd bet they wouldn't cover me running 42's.. But for fun, I might call and get a quote from them on mine from CNA directly and get the details. Like all...
This was laughable too. No dealer will do an unlimited warranty! HA. Find me one that will do it today please. On top of that, find one that will warranty, if this exists with any mods done at all. 35" tires, not covered. Lift kit, Not covered.. I know they did those during the rona to get...
I will get it out after I do the repair next weekend. If you have codes, the valves in the intake aren't working properly and likely causing more restriction on top of the buildup from the EGR and oil vapor. I have don't almost nothing but highway 150+ miles 4-5 days a week ( long sustained...
One big repair cost that will be ongoing with the eco diesel is the intake replacement every 100K or so.( P200A/B codes)I'm going to post an entire teardown and replacement thread when I do mine next weekend. parts are 600-1000$ by themselves and if ya pay for the work it will be at 1000$...
Tried these, specifically the purple bottle, absolutely does not do anything to improve the coolant wetability to improve cooling efficiency. Snake oil!!!
Well aware captain. I took that snapshot from a nominal driving condition and punched it for the 5 seconds it took to get the screen shot at high boost and got back off just to show that my rig does get there by the means with which I have to measure it. That can be done without 1300 deg boost...
Welcome to the inevitable club. It's exclusive to everyone! :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:
My machine did wait until 106000 miles to come on so I feel for ya at 9k
To give my statement above as much validity as Jscan provides me, here are some screen shots this morning on the way through Denver to show some data around boost range. I pulled up a few metrics as I was looking for some other indicators related to my intake, I provided both the computer boost...
Considering a gen 3 crate 5.7 is in the $5-7K range, and to replace my eco diesel is currently running almost 19K just for the crate motor for when it ultimately explodes prematurely , and IF Jeep is dumb enough to try to charge $80-100K for a 5.7 Gladiator, consensus from everyone should be 2...
No tune, bone stock. The boost is the only real reason the Eco soot machine makes the power it does. I'll gladly screen shot that boost next time I get on Jscan. I have to do an Intake replacement thanks to the EPA so I'll grab a screen shot. Also, if cutoff is 30 psi, Absolutely won't rule out...
