Mine doesn’t have a trail rail, so clamps it is. Seems super sturdy. No real issue besides some bedrail deformation. But, that will happen regardless of mounting method.
Tires are 35x12.5r17s and the poke is minimal in the rear, but a bit more in the front due to the wider axles.
Best pics I have to show the poke. Not bad at all.
If you want to keep the wheels tucked or, at least semi-tucked, you probably want a 9 inch width or less with something between 5.77 and 5.5 backspacing. Here’s how the wheels you are looking at compare to stock:
They will poke around 3.5 inches more than stock. AEV makes wheels with a 8.5...
Just a thought, KMC has wheels in their Offroad Tech Series that are 17x9 +18 (5.71 backspace). A bit more poke when compared to AEV (I believe around 13MM or 1/2 inch more poke - 3/4 inch total), but about 12MM less than the Warn wheels.
Happy with mine in 35x12.5r17. Fairly quiet for an E-rated tire with good traction off road (I live in OR, so no rock crawling yet). It is heavy in that size though. ~72 pounds. Can't beat the price at under $1k for 5.
I believe they are. There is an option to turn them off in the U-Connect though, I turned mine off so I only have the Oculus halos on as DRLs.
Edit: This is for the halogen turn signals. Not sure if it applies to the LED option.

I didn’t know you could get it without it. Def an option I would have considered, but I wanted to keep the weight to a minimum.
Tough list. I thought LOD or Ace stubby, but both have overrider bars. DV8 or eBay Mopar Steel knockoff? I think the Mopar would cover your needs, but it is a bit more $$$. I’ve seen you post in Arcus threads. I can see if I can get you a picture of the beam pattern with the KC Spots. No...
VR Evo 10s. Tight fit for me, but I installed with the wires tucked. I believe I have seen someone install a Zeon 10s in the Arcus.
Edit: Yup, TJDave has a Zeon I believe.

You have a JTR with a plastic bumper, so you can re-use the stock steel skid. One of the many reasons I went with the Arcus. I had most of the same requirements you did.
