Those are very fair hang-ups...plenty of people on here have had holes plugged with the goop, which would suck, but following up with a tap would clean out any residual stuff.

IMO, the AFTERMARKET option is better than factory because 1)lifetime warranty... 2)not quite as expensive as the factory option and 3)more places available for follow-up work...

Ya, I only used that as an example...but...there are people in this forum that have been caught out in various degrees of downpour...and with no top. One incidence that comes to memory was a guy that went into a movie theater and came out in the middle of heavy rain. Jeep had no top on whatsoever.
