  1. American Adventure Labs DRL failure

Metalcloak ended up pulling through, their half price light is shipping out today. There’s no fancy sequential turn strip, but the light looks perfectly serviceable and bright from customer installs I looked up on YouTube. And I do need it very soon.
  2. American Adventure Labs DRL failure

I do have a Tazer Mini, and LED package from the factory. I didn’t order the bulb-out fix and have used the Tazer for that, so my issue is slightly different - the LEDs just straight broke and don’t light up. But, it seems I have the same decreasing customer service that you’ve had. I’ve called...
  3. American Adventure Labs DRL failure

I didn’t think about that. I needed a replacement soon though, about to move cross-country and I’m not interested in every small town cop pulling me over for having a blinker. I ended up going with Metalcloak, since theres is cheaper than the AAL or quake, will ship in the next few days. and...
  4. American Adventure Labs DRL failure

I read that this might happen with the AAL DRL, and it finally happened to me after a little over a year of ownership. I did the Tazer Mini LED reset to see if it was a software issue, but it looks like the LEDs themselves have failed. Unfortunately, I bought in February 2022, and installed...
  5. 41.22. Any issues?

I bought their slider back in November 2021 and had this issue. I looked up my emails, and I had placed my order on November 28th. Radio silence until December 15th when a follow up email, I think automated, added the shipping info to my order. Good product, but seconded the above - seems like a...
  6. rear locker not working question

Seconded. From my understanding, the locker is not broken, only the locker sensor - the Jeep can't tell if the locker is engaged or not, so it doesn't initiate the locker engagement. I had this issue pop up around 20k miles and was super annoyed. After the dealer telling me they wanted to...
  7. Texas Stock Mojave front Sway Bar $50

Factory sway bar out of my Mojave, I took it off to put on a Rubicon sway bar with the Evo NoLimits manual disconnect. Has about 25,000 miles on it. It’s the Mojave version which is hollow and more flexible than the factory solid one piece in non-rubi and non-Mojave, so it flexes easier, almost...
  8. Badland Off-road Jack

I haven’t mounted it, I don’t have a bed rack or MOLLE solution like you do. I typically put it in the corner of the bed up against the back of the driver rear seat, and ratchet strap it down to the tie down point in that corner. Most of the times i wheel it’s a day trip to a local park, or I...
  9. Hurricane disappointment - no Hurricane engine in the next three years

I think any sales figures with the Wrangler 392 have to be heavily qualified with the package that came with it. The 392 came as a completely loaded, luxurious (for a Jeep) package at what, $70,000 base price? Not counting the extra options and dealer markup driving that price up. It’s not a...
  10. Weekend Flash Sale - 10% Off EGOI Dual Compressors

Thanks for all that info - seems what I expected, a new product that no one really knows anything about. I’d love to see some tests on it and in sure the rest of the forum would too.
  11. Weekend Flash Sale - 10% Off EGOI Dual Compressors

I’m guessing it was made with the ARB twin mounting pattern in mind, it looks like it would match up with a universal ARB bracket. If not a direct match, it would be relatively easy to drill some holes in the bracket to fit this new compressor.
  12. Weekend Flash Sale - 10% Off EGOI Dual Compressors

Yeah I’ve heard of Overland Systems before, and seen some of their RTT and cargo management stuff. Curious that that are in the compressor game now, which is why I wonder if these are made in-house, a clone of ARB from the same factory without the brand name, or a cheaply made knockoff.
  13. Weekend Flash Sale - 10% Off EGOI Dual Compressors

@Northridge4x4 any more info on this compressor? Seems like a direct ARB clone, but no real info on who makes it, if it’s up to ARB quality, anything else. Intriguing though as a cheaper option. Anyone else know about this?
  14. Anyone running Rockblox or other mud flaps with aftermarket inner fenders?

I ended up biting the bullet a while back and just went inner fenders. I prioritized the extra clearance I’d get while wheeling with 37s. No regrets on not having mud flaps. I haven’t noticed rocks kicking up and damaging the paint at all, only paint damage I have is trail pin stripes from...
  15. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

I see the upgraded steering, but do you have stock axles? I feel like all the Jeep expert about there are super quick to say that the 44s can’t handle 40s. Hell a lot of people say they can’t handle 37s, but as long as you’re only crawling and not bouncing tires on Pritchett Canyon you should be...
  16. "4xAIR" - 4xe cowl panel air coupler / rocker switch insert for onboard air

@813 Fabrication & Design …. I’ll be the first in line when you 3D print the Mojave version ?
  17. New 4XE Charge Port Air Chuck Conversion kit - From Grimm Offroad

I wanted to go this route with my Mojave but as the cowl is different, I just drilled a hole in mine. Works perfect for what it is ??‍♂️
  18. Planning a Moab trip, Spring 2023

Definitely invest in a hitch skid. I did Hell’s Revenge first which wasn’t too bad, but this was my 41twentytwo skid after that trail. SO much dragging, the whole trail is steep approach and departure angles up and down steep fins. Even Fins and Things which is the easiest rated trail there has...
  19. Planning a Moab trip, Spring 2023

Just did TOTW covered in snow with 37s over the holidays. You’d be fine in 35s, there aren’t any ledges that are too big for 35s. A 4Runner TRD Pro managed to follow me up the gatekeeper obstacle, but couldn’t get to the top-top because his MTs didn’t have traction in the snow.
