I’m running a Rusty’s 2” “plus” lift with a Teraflex 1.5” leveling kit up front and a Daystar .75” puck in the back. The Mickey Thompson AtzP3’s are over 36.3” tall under load with 30psi. I can clear a 7’ door ok.
Checkout the 4.88 v 5.13 video that @Jt-wrx and I put together. Re gearing is deftly worth it. depends on how you use your JT and where you live. After going to Yellowstone this summer I wished I had 5.38 gears on some of those mountains! Hit me up with any questions. Good luck!
my theory is ...If it ain't broke, break it and then fix it. Full send, save some cash and see how it goes. Seriously, 37's are pretty good for most stuff. Good luck!

I have Dual Friction and love it. Huge improvement over stock. No burning smell when backing a trailer (3 ATV 7x14 dual axle ~ 3,200lbs) or in low gear crawling.
I have not driven a CF II Jeep but my guess is that the pedal effort is more/stiffer and the engagement point is a bit more...
We had a 302 short block wrapped in plastic and in a shed on a stand for 10-12 years before pulling it out and putting it in a CJ. All we did was clean it up, fresh oil, install and go. It’s sold now and still running fine 10 years later.
I use the Tazer to keep it off. A few bucks in gas over the years seems like a small price to use pay for an engine oil system, a starter and related systems that doesn’t have to go through thousands of additional stop /start cycles. Plus I have a real Centerforce clutch and heavier flywheel...
No the mirrors bolt on through the panels and another bolt too. I think I’m going to trim them around the mirrors and use a wing nut so I can quick change them. Fit takes some work/bending and extra Velcro and weatherstripping to get it good but I got them waterproof. Should be fine with...
I’m digging them. It’s a good way to get the half door look for about half the price of factory half doors. I run them most of the spring, summer and into fall. I’m considering a mod to make the metal panels quick release so I can run open tube doors too - not sure how yet but I have some ideas.
