I installed weathertech on my Rubicon with 315/70s. Front only, for now. Coverage is good. Honestly, they kind of disappear. I thought the asymmetry of having them on the front only would drive me crazy but I don't even notice them.

I've got the Viair portable- haven't had any issues with it. But my vote would be the ARB simply for the larger range in aftermarket support. Under hood/ bed/ under seat/ frame rail, etc- mounting brackets are much easier to find for the ARB.

Yeah, the 2 bolts in the front thread into the holes you're talking about. The back uses threaded holes as well. I think you may have to notch the plastic cap if yours didn't come with the cover? Not sure.... You can see it here if you ignore the softopper clamp.
