They seem like they’re bending over backwards trying to fix this. My son is an attorney and had one of his people send for records. The dealership sent everything including screenshots. He thinks they’re trying. I’ve been with them a long time and know the service writers. I also think they’re...
Yes, on both Jeeps. They both had the problem. I removed the neg from the battery, removed, cleaned, and replaced F105. No joy. I should have replaced the fuse. I may sneak back to the dealership and try that.
Nope, Jeep isn't returning the techs emails. I've been very cordial with @JeepCares until yesterday. When I saw my garage kept Gladiator covered in dirt and spiderwebs baking in the sun. I'm ashamed of the way I spoke to the rep. This isn't her fault. She did tell me that she would send me an...
Hold on, let me loosen my straps so that I can reach the breakers. That way, if it starts a fire, the Martin-Baker will whip my ass when I punch! :CWL:
A couple months ago my 2024 Gladiator with around 6,000 miles stopped communicating with the app. Then the assist button stopped working. Then the screen would go blank and come back after a restart. No big deal. It ran fine and I could get it to connect most of the time. Then I used the key fob...
Not heat related. It's constant. I always check the fuses monthly but haven't checked grounding points since the outlet install. I'm going to pull it out and delete the app and reload it in a week or two.
The tech will get covered for his time. I know that they get screwed.
I installed the RedRock Utility Rail System about a year ago and I love it.

I thought the same thing. I looked as far as I could for water damage. I taped litmus strips all around the plastic under and beside the window, and behind the seat, and ran it through a car wash a few times. Nothing.
Yes, I did. Everything worked fine after that time, but I tested it again with the other fob, and the original fob. I replaced the battery on both, just in case, and they still worked.
When I was a kid I wanted to be a tool and die man like my dad. I also wanted to play the guitar. I worked and worked in his shop. Cleaned up the oil, loaded steel, cleaned the chippers, and ran rods into the Davenports. The guys in the shop would show me what to do but year, after year, I...
You'd be surprised how many times you'll use it. I clean my fans, robo-vac, filters, my Jeep grill and my cooking grill, blow out the small spaces in the car or shop before cleaning, and a lot more. There, justification! Now it's not just an impulse buy. :CWL: Pro tip: You'll even keep the box...
Welcome, and that's a very nice Jeep Walter!!! I never got a chance to drive anything before a '76 CJ5. I'm like you. Every few years I'd think about what new vehicle I wanted and, when that 2 to 3 seconds had past, I'd head down to the Jeep dealership. :CWL:
Enjoy!!!
