  1. Thors Lightening air compressor.

For the paddle board, I wonder if a high volume compressor might work better than a high pressure compressor.
  2. Oracle tail light issue

I think people have had better luck with some of their other products. I knew I was getting an relatively untested product when I pre ordered these lights and accept that it was pretty much a beta test. LoL That being said, the company has been very supportive of us early adopters. I don't...
  3. Oracle tail light issue

The passenger side is actually a replacement. So I put on the old one that still partially lit. Dimmer than normal, but better than no brake lights at all. LOL.
  4. Oracle tail light issue

Well, I'm back in this thread again. LoL Update: Once again, excellent support from Oracle. All good to go.
  5. This Gladiator fits 10 passengers!

With the seats facing inwards, I'm guessing it's more of passenger transport than a sight seeing vehicle

  7. DIY Dual Tire Portable Inflator Setup; VIAIR 450P

I had the 450p for many years and it worked great. Never got hot. I did modify mine though. I snipped the cord and installed anderson power poles on both the compressor and the alligator clips that I snipped off. Then I ran a powerpole pigtail off the battery that I routed outside of the engine...
  8. HELP! Broke body bolt

I read all the reviews with the snapped bolts and went with a torch. I would have chosen to go with the inductor if I had one on hand. Same as OP. Heat up, small 18" breaker bar to limit torque. Small turns. Then more heat. Back and forth. Then when it was going better, more heat and the large...

  13. Be careful buying used Gladiator parts

Wow. Sorry to hear about what happened. I am curious though, what was it he was selling that made you drop your defenses?
  14. Considering selling my 2 door JK for a Gladiator. Do I have realistic expectations?

I think the 4 door is a better family option than the gladiator. Just having that easily accessible space behind the rear seats is convenient for quickly being able to grab things on the road. My wife brings snacks and activity bags for the kids. Room runs out quickly in the cab. That being...
  15. Bumper Reverse Lights

funny. I did almost exactly this same thing a few years back. Same lights, red DOT reflective tape and trailer wiring hookup. Only difference was I made the backing plate out of a sheet of 1/4 ABS. And I don't think I ever shared it on here. Great minds think alike. :CWL: That being said, I've...
  16. Swaybar rust?

Mine are coated all the way as well. No rust. 2021 JTR
  17. Rotopax’s expanding.

The dual handle would have solved his problem. They spin against each other instead of the can.
  18. Jump starting Civics leads to depression

I too like to help jump start vehicles. But I never use my own. I always carry a battery jump starter in my truck. And I have one in my wife's van as well. Never a need for pulling up vehicles or pulling out cables. Good luck finding answer. youtube is always a good place to start.

  20. Fox ATS 2.0 mount in wrong orientation

When I did mine, I threw it on just before going to work. What should have been no more than ten minutes took almost an hour of wigglimg and jiggling before I finally said f it and opened up one of the holes. Haha.
