And as a point of reference, the front tire is 35” off the ground measuring from the lowest spot of the tire between the fork lift arms and the rear gets to 33”. (35x12.50x17 KO2s). And it’s very stable with a tire all the way up. We shook the hell out of it and it didn’t budge at all.
Here is a side shot. I’ll measure it tonight and post. After a 700+ mile ride home I can’t say enough about this kit. Nasty expansion joints are a joke, especially mid corner. Now I understand what RK means by the track bar cross talk. This kit really transforms the truck on the road. It’s rock...
I second the BFG KO2. I have them, great on road, absolutely silent and also have never let me down offroad. Additionally, they are fairly light compared to most other tires in the same size.
My Pro-X kit has finally arrived (damn you Corona)!!! To say I'm stoked after reading this thread, is quite an understatement. I'll be heading from Miami to Charlotte tomorrow to visit an old friend who is also an RK lift Jedi, to help me install it. He says we can blow it out in a day, so...
I had a friend with a clicking noise from the right front and it ended up being a bushing or something like that in the front axle. I know it wasn't a bearing or a balljoint, but some plastic piece. After his was fixed, I could swear I read a thread about it somewhere on here but I don't...
I've been having random issues with my TPMS system. Every now and then it stops detecting a wheel and displays a red "__" for that tire. It happens the most with the drivers side rear, but has actually happened to all 4 tires at once. Sometimes I think going off-road makes it worse. It seems...
By Dog walking I mean if you are holding the wheel at 10 oclock to keep it going straight down the road and a buddy is behind you does the truck look like the rear tires are not perfectly inline with the front tires. I.e. you know how when some dogs walk it's like their back legs move faster...
This may be easier said than done, but can you cross measure the axles (i.e. RF to LR and LF to RR). This will tell you really quick is one of them is not square with the frame. Is it just a pull, or is it dog walking when you drive straight?
Is anyone running the N-Fab rails with the removable steps? I like the idea of having the step as an option for daily life and take them off real quick any time I want to go wheeling.

Great build (and idea for that matter). I've been thinking about a similar mount setup, except with a scuba tank instead. That way I won't need an onboard compressor, since an LP80 tank at 3,000psi is plenty to fill four 37" tires from flat. But I'd like to copy your dual pressure outputs.
Please post pics once you get them installed. Maybe it's just the presentation in their video and pictures that turn me off and my opinion might change with a more 'in person' perspective. Like car colors, sometimes it's hard to tell unless you see it in person. Since they are $100 cheaper...
Those quake lights look terrible. I’ve tried to like them but just can’t get there. It’s like they took bumperetts from a late 70’s early 80’s European sports car and slapped trailer brake lights in them and bolted them on the bed. I just think the small round light in a big black box looks out...
