I was just trying to show the play in the wheel... that doesn’t bother me as much as the wondering.... having the play just makes it hard to correct the wondering,
I saw that the JLs had the sand issue...
I’ve owned Wranglers for the past 12 years or more. I sold my JK four years ago, and bought a Grand Cherokee. I don’t remember any of my old Wranglers wandering on the highway like this truck.
I think the wandering is one thing, but the “dead spot” in the steering makes it exaggerated. I find...
Hi Everyone,
I love the Gladiator, but really think something is wrong with the steering, or maybe it’s just my steering....
JeepCares saw my post, and someone called me. I’ve been to two different dealers, and both said that’s a common complaint with the JL and it is what it is ....
Below is...
Hi All!
I have an automatic Overland. The dealer and information online claims the towing capacity is 6k, without the max tow....
That said, the manual claim 4K, but doesn’t specify automatic vs manual transmission.
Which is it??
Took the entire top off the JT today, which was awesome. It was actually very easy, and way lighter and easier than the 4 Door Wrangler
My only complaint is there is a cap that hides the defrost wires on the glass. The clips are poorly made and flimsy. They bent and broke on my first time on...
Hi All,
I saw a PDF online of the JT owners manual, and it dawned on me that I didn’t get a hard copy with my Jeep purchase. I got a quick reference guide and an “essentials” manual.
Is the full manual PDF only, or should I have gotten one?
Pulled our camper again this weekend. It’s about 3,800 lbs. I have the Overland (with tow package), and you can definitely feel that your pulling a camper in the JT. It does a nice job of pulling the camper, but a bit sluggish. I also need to get trailer breaks!
Hi Everyone,
Does anyone else feel like the steering is really loose in their JT? Can I have Jeep “tighten it up”?
I’ve owned two wranglers, and most recently had a Grand Cherokee.... none seemed loose.
This is my first pick up.... so maybe it’s normal for a truck?
