It’s like Jeep is taking the Invicta watch sales model and overpricing so they can discount a ton.
Get this “amazing” Invicta for only $90. That’s a savings of over 4,000% the list price. Much wow!!
I got 22.5% off my MY23. Should held out for the steeper “discount.” lol
So my jeep came with an ever so slightly tilted steering wheel. It was just a little bit to the left. It always tracked true, it was just a teeny turned while doing it.
So I went to the dealership and they fixed it (no big deal). But now… it almost seems like anytime I am on even the slightest...
$34,895 sale price in WA (MY23 Sport with manual EVERYTHING); optioned with tow package, LSD, hard top, and green. I was at $38,500 OTD.
I’ve heard of many people complaining about resale price drops, granted those are usually people who bought at height of market.
For your ESS issue… How do you start the vehicle? Do you have to press the start button? When you do, do you have to cycle the clutch for it to work? I’m asking because if a faulty sensor was the issue on putting the clutch in, I would think it would need to “cycle the clutch” to get the sensor...
Buddy I don’t have power anything. ?
I wasn’t aware you could option the sport with power windows. I though you had to upgrade to the sport s for that.
I did my first at 1200 miles. I plan to do the rest on 5000 mile intervals. Dealer said Jeep and the oil manufactures disagree on intervals, but that’s an easy one.
An 850 watt cooling fan (same size, but running harder)? Do these have engine oil coolers? Sorry for the quick hijack.
This runs cooler than my MY23 WRX did across the board, granted that was boosted and liked the run in the upper 2000rpm range. Took a minute to get used to the NA 6 and lower...
Been following this thread. I’ve always paid more attention to oil temp, especially coming from forced induction. So I paid attention this morning… 43 degrees when I drove in. Good mix of city/hwy driving.
Neither coolant nor oil spent much time, even at idle in stop, over 200 degrees. At most...
Don’t know about the start/stop (consider yourself lucky), but the clutch recall will be in your Jeep app under “recalls.” I’ve shown mine below, also completed prior to picking up the vehicle new.
LOL I was $38.5k OTD for my Gladiator. Sport model, but with hard top, LSD, and tow package. Was so happy to have found with with the manual too. That was zero bargaining as well.
Today is the day! I'll be utilizing the delivery checklist, however is there anything else I should be looking for in terms of vehicle capabilities?
Thank you!
The dealer just let me know that the latest clutch recall was completed, so I will be picking up the truck on Tuesday! I'm super stoked to finally be grabbing it.
It's been a LONG time since I owned a jeep, and that was a 1992 Cherokee. I have never owned a Wrangler, or a Wrangler-esque vehicle...
