Thanks. Almost four years at this point (original batteries) so I guess I'm on borrowed time. Hopefully extended warranty will cover. I have manual and never use ESS so I'll ask dealer if I can do without Aux.
I'm getting this same message. Signed up for a Jamboree in about a month so I suppose I should get batteries replaced. Wonder how long I have. I seem to get the message briefly every time I start from cold engine.
My 2020 shows up under the recall, but it says there is no remedy yet.
But that's not true. Centerforce is a remedy and I want one now before I get really burned up, just slap a mopar label on it.
I think mine was one of the first manuals in CA. How can this not be fixed yet??
Thank you. I read the "problem" with Nittos (in the 37 context) is that they are "true to size" so a 37 Nitto may not fit in the spare well which I think is 36.5 max.
Another unintended consequence from the ecotards. I never use ESS anyway; fortunately, the manual allows me to avoid it just by holding the clutch in rather than tasering it to death.
Thank you Brian. Great videos, looking forward to more. When you say stock clutch is weak, is that mainly for offroad performance or does Centerforce give us better (quicker?) shifting on the road as well? I have seen posts on Centerforce clutches and people seem happy with them. I was planning...
Love my Gladiator. Especially after learning to shift at higher RPM due to the higher power band. Except for the poor gas mileage, but as they say "more smiles per gallon".
One thing that continues to irk me is that on getting out of the jeep while sliding down to terra firma i hit the lever...
