  1. Metalcloak 3.5" gamechanger...

Yes! Very suprising but the break in period was at a nice and slow pace never going over 60, so I'm sure that had something to do with it. That and the new gearing. Now that I'm back to my normal commute its back to the low teens, so it was fun while it lasted!
  2. Metalcloak 3.5" gamechanger...

The shocks are great. Excellent ride so far, although I haven't had a chance to really try them on different types of terrain yet, but so far they are nice a smooth and handle the massive potholes with ease!
  3. Metalcloak 3.5" gamechanger...

Finally bit the bullet a couple of months back and ordered an MC 3.5" Gamechanger lift with an assortment of other goodies. Was originally going to go with 2.5" lift and stay with my 35" tires, but I ended up telling someone to "hold my beer" and got semi-stupid. So I went with a 3.5" kit, an...

  7. Another suspension question. Need advice

For Tires, there’s a thread on a Walmart deal for 37” Yokohama geolander X- AT’s. Heck of a tire in 35’s and great price if Walmart still has them. https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/yokohama-geolandar-x-at-lt37-12-50r17-at-wally-world-270-each.68071/ Also don’t forget to...

  9. Yokohama Geolandar X-AT LT37/12.50R17 at wally world $270 each

  10. OEM Steel Bumper Question...

Doh! Great call on the masking tape. I didn’t consider cutting it thinking it was supposed to keep the wires together…not just as a shipping precaution. Looks much better now and I’ll clean it up better in the light of day! Thank you very much DirectHit!
  11. OEM Steel Bumper Question...

Sorry, I figure photos might help. This is what it looks like now after connecting the fog lights. The yellow circle is the hole for the black fastener on the plug from the light wiring. Once connected it’s too short to fit back in. Just not sure if it will be problematic.
  12. OEM Steel Bumper Question...

Just installed an OEM steel bumper on my JT Rubicon yesterday and I have a question for those who have done the same. With the stock bumper, the wiring harness has a small plastic fastener that fits into a hole on the bumper frame/rail and this keeps the wired connection tucked in tight to the...
  13. What do u have coming in the mail?

Had a Bulletpoint Rubigrid dash mount coming in, but only the phone stick and end caps arrived…someone at Amazon must have taken/forgotten to put the rest of the parts in the package…
  14. JSCAN and OEM LED Headlights/Halo settings...grrrrr

So a while back I replaced OEM halogen headlamps with a set of Mopar OEM LED's. I have a 2022 and the wiring was an easy plug into the existing harness with no additional splicing or adding or taking away pins or anything like that. Ended up getting a Tazer Mini and had them running within 5...
  15. New Method 705 Bead Grip Wheels

Yea that's very possible for sure. Hopefully you'll find a good answer. I wonder if you can get any advice from Yokohama since it sounds like they tried everything Method suggested? Sorry you are going through this and maybe some more people on here with experience with the combination will...
  16. New Method 705 Bead Grip Wheels

I have the 701's (17x9 -12MM) and had set of Yokohama Geloander X-AT's mounted up (35x12.5). Not sure how difficult it was for them, but the local shop who mounted them never said a peep about them being problematic to get mounted or balanced. I have about 2500 miles (Not very much I know) but...
  17. Backspace with a 3.5" Metalcloak Gamechanger lift...

Thank you all for the replies! Very much appreciate the information. As always, so much to think about but that’s part of the fun!
  18. Backspace with a 3.5" Metalcloak Gamechanger lift...

Just wanting to see what type of wheel backspace you are running for those of you running a Metalcloak Game Changer lift? My current methods have a 4.6 backspace on -12 offset but I'm about at my limit when it comes to poke. It just seems hard to find wheels with a 4.5 backspace without a...
  19. ISO PICS: Badland Apex winch with stock steel bumper with mopar winch bar- Can it fit with Mopar bar?

Which winch plate is everyone using? I've seen someone mention Grimm, and on a wrangler forum someone mentioned Rusty's. Any other options?
  20. HF Badlands 12K Winch 25% off until the 2nd.

Just coming here to mention the coupon. Picked one up this afternoon. Clerk initially told me that the coupon would not apply, but luckily it worked out. Just gotta get a new bumper now!
