Well I don’t have a Mojave so not Apples to apples and also have highway tires. I have higher gears though. All considered better not test drive the overland or you will be even more disappointed. I have 3000 miles and it runs great. Just saying ?

Sounds like the rock came from you. Rock throws forward and you run into it. It happened to me aT 40 mph but only chipped. pretty common thing I’ve heard here on other posts. I actually made deflectors for front bumper and hasn’t happened since.

2008 Harley StreetGlide bought it new in July 2007 got 40,000 miles on this one.

I just looked at mine these have a weird texture and not satin or flat , kind of in between. The paint you can get at hobby lobby, Michael’s, maybe even Walmart.

I have repaired many door panels, dash panels, steering wheels, seats etc….This paint sticks to plastic, vinyl, leather even glass. If it looks bad when you do it ,wipe it off and try again it’s water based. Once dry it holds up very well.

Why is there a patch over the right front bumper bracket bolt and not left side ? Doesn’t make sense ? Hope it wasn’t supposed to be covering wiring plug right next to it ? It is in wheel well where it could get a lot of crap on it. Anybody else’s like this ? I’ll check. Dealers lot tomorrow...

These are my updated versions. So far it seems to be working, especially with all the chat (small stones) Colorado‘s been using on the roads this winter. Time will tell. I’m praying it works !!

Looks like PlayBoy pink ? Painted a few of those back in the day. I even had a customer that I would paint just the roof. They did hot air balloons and it was easy for the people in the balloon to spot there van which was white. Women’s make up Mary Kay also Went for the pink Back then.
