Yeah def powder coated black is a better option. You can find wheels that are already powder coated black... some are painted black but I have done extensive research and feel that powder coating is better than paint esp for wheels...

This is a bit further down for me but I wanted to find out what the best cheapest base model to buy if you are going to buy a Gator Diesel and build it up with a PCOR back, upgraded suspension, wheels and tires? Any specific reasons and drivers for choosing a particular model?

Looks very nice, those stock wheels don't do enough justice I say - Find some nice black wheels and flip these stock ones while new... I think some black wheels would look amazing with SG. Congratulations again!

LOL I think the dealership applies Armorall or some crap around the tires to make them shiny. The only way to take that shine off is to take it off road ;) Yeah the SG looks amazing actually, but my fave is still Gator - Sarge has a rather pedestrian pea green appropriately army sergeant...

Idk why people buy warranties, it is such a waste of money IMO. If I were you I would skip the warranty and wait you can always purchase it later within the next 3 years. Maybe FCA will bring back the lifetime warranty that is worth it and not the additional 4 years... But, again I never buy...

What is that black spring like thing on top of the mount - is it the base of the mount for the antenna? It is really nice - I want to get one and I don't see that in the ebay link... Is it part of the antenna?
