Installed a set of Novsight Halo Pro LED lights, and they're screwed up. The lights have a control box that allows you to change the color and pattern of the edge lights, and they are out of sync, so when I change them, they never match each other.

Well, Novsight support emailed me at 1:38 AM asking for pictures of my connections. I guess it was 13 hours later in China. I'm not sure what difference seeing pictures of the connections will make, but I sent them. Let's see how long they drag this out before I have to ask for a full refund.
