To bad there isn't an aftermarket push button that's a little bit lower profile. The spring is about the same size as a mechanical pen spring. You might be able to find little heavier one from a pen to reduce the accidental key flip.

Yes that is the exact thing I have also along with the clunk from park to reverse. I've taken it to one dealership with no fix I will take it to second dealership in the near future. I would take it to the dealership and hopefully yours will be easy to diagnose.
Well dealer had mine for a day and.... its operating as normal...ugh they did add a bit of fluid and updated the programming so maybe I'll luck out and that's all. Unfortunately I'm not very optimistic.

That would be the case if during a collision avoidance hard brake a brake signal is actually being sent to the brake controller. Most brake controllers are activated by a pedal switch which sends the signal. If the avoidance system is doing the braking the pedal switch is not being activated...
