My remote start works every morning and so does ESS. I still have my original batteries in my 2020 (2019 build). I had a few moments where the ESS did not work or I should say, the battery charging message stayed on.
I didn't drive the JT much in the beginning and I related my issue to that. I...
I have Bilstein 5100 now. They are a nice ride with the extra weight I carry around. Not sure how long I've had them on. 6 months? So far so good. Maybe you got a bad one? Were they all leaking?
Only the Aux negative is removed and isolated in conjunction with removing f42. If you removed and isolated the Aux positive cables, you would need to bring the cables up to the main positive or install a jumper to power N1.
If your main battery was the issue, removing the aux did nothing for you. What you could try now is, charging the main with an AGM charger and reset the IBS.
Assuming you did the Aux delete correctly and didn't trash the fuse array, if charging doesn't work you might need to have your main...
I would guess that your aux batt is dragging your main down.
You are at the start over place.
Charge the aux, charge the main, reset the ibs. Check the both batteries after charging. If you are sure that the Main is good, you can isolate the Aux battery by leaving the Aux negative off and...
Let me guess,
Diagnostic fee $$$
Replacement fee $$$
Part itself $$$
Recycling fee $
Taxes $$
I can see $1400. And that is why I hate the dealerships.
I have Oracle tail lights. I think they look far better than the OEM LEDs.
5100lbs is still a lot of pull. I would start with a single line pull just to save time. It would be a different story if knew I was pancaked in mud. Once you do a few recoveries, you will have a better idea of what to do.
These number are useful, but my point of starting with a 12k winch is...
I had unmarried my Tazer but left it connected. My ESS switch would still remain in the last position it was in. My passive entry no longer functioned with the Tazer unmarried and plugged in. I would have thought the ESS switch would be on by default after I unmarried the Tazer.
Despite these EPA rollbacks, we have already paid for the research and development of the mandates that happened years ago. Fat chance of the consumer benefiting from these rollbacks. Third party manufacturers may be able to sell delete kits for some of the emission systems for 2012+ vehicles...
Look under the coolant reservoir. You should see some residue where it is coming from. Could be that fitting that is leaking and it could be that the reservoir has a small crack. Shotgun approach troubleshooting may save you a revisit if they guess wrong. I believe the fitting is part of the...
I use a few different ones from Strap-on to no names. Older Craftman click types work well and always passed calibration, same with Snapon. I used to have a place to officially calibrate my torque wrenches. Now I compare two or three before using. One day, I may check them all again.
I have a 2020 Rubicon with an Evo Smart Cap and a winch up front. Things kind of leveled out with that setup. I had the winch first, so I really couldn't say if the cap caused any squat.
We've had the Tahoe for a month now. The only complaint so far is driving with a window down. I ended up getting the factory rubber floor mats for my Tahoe. It is a High Country so it has most every option. People complain about the homelink icon on the infotainment screen. I have not had an...
What engine did you get in you GMC? How do you like it?
I was looking at a new truck to replace my Duramax. The wife saw some my search material that I printed and came home with a Tahoe. I got the 6.2 as I thought the issue was resolved. Well, maybe not. Only time will tell. I hope you are...
This is a 2020 fuse array. Yours should be the same. If you moved or crossed one of these cables, it could be a problem.
As far as trouble shooting goes, always go back to the items that were messed with. I understand that you may have had a an issue with a buzzing noise. If this was a relay, I...
