  1. Manual Transmission Club

All MT owners are inherently trustworthy. All of the highest moral character. Never doubted you for a minute. Good report on the shifting!
  2. Manual Transmission Club

You very well may be right, but considering I have no Jeep to accessorize, drive, and enjoy, I've got nothing but time. ;)
  3. Manual Transmission Club

Spicy! I needed that laugh. :like:

Response was fast, courteous, and professional. The offered help was a note on my case to contact me when an update is available. I'm not sure that's going to help, but I'm trying to be nice and trying to be respectful of their system. My fear is that means I'll get an email if/when my status...

    Thank you, message sent.
  6. BRIGHT WHITE Gladiator JT Club

Glad your suffering is at an end. Hope it's a blast!
  7. Manual Transmission Club

I already have 37s ordered, re-gearing to be determined. I'm hoping Rubicon 4.10s will be ok. I'm not going to hardcore rock crawl or anything, and I have a pretty light foot. However, I work and hunt in places with huge ruts and craters, so clearance is a big draw for me. I'll putter...
  8. Manual Transmission Club

FYI... phone was nice, friendly, professional, and ultimately said... email Jeff.
  9. Manual Transmission Club

No need to apologize. We all know the support people are just doing their jobs within the limits of the scope provided to them. For that matter, when I think about Jeep and this vehicle in particular, I think the designers who conceptualized it, the engineers who brought that design to...
  10. Manual Transmission Club

I'm most bothered by it being essentially my truck, while I don't have one.
  11. BRIGHT WHITE Gladiator JT Club

Long time coming! Excited for you!
  12. Manual Transmission Club

Encouraging that you went from D1 to KZ in 3 weeks. For those waiting get their number finally called (that will happen eventually, right?), at least it was relatively quick from there.
  13. Manual Transmission Club

Yeah, you might be the standard bearer for non Granite LE futility, or at least the longest suffering manual order-er. In the interest of integrity and fairness, I would gladly trade you... except I'd not be improving your lot!
  14. Manual Transmission Club

Wonder if that's the in/out of status thing I heard others talking about? D1 then back to D without knowing it. You've been in the current D status for 9 days. Could be sinister if you think of it, mismanagement. Pop customers out and in of status so the system without a deeper audit trail...

I haven't gotten an answer to my question from last Tuesday from dear old Jeff. Question was "Can this order be cancelled?"
  17. Manual Transmission Club

6 Same boat. 86 days from order now and got the same communication you did. Nothing further or more useful.
  18. Will physics get in the way of fun?

Bummer. I liked that combo. Maybe Pace Edwards will, supposed to work with that too. Still probably get the Yakima, but thought the tonneau integration was clever. Or go badass and get a Diamondback.
  19. Rain caught me with my freedom panels down...

Me too. Between his look and the rain, popped in my head. :)
  20. Will physics get in the way of fun?

Does Ford sell those as branded accessories? It's a Yakima Overhaul HD with their tonneau kit and a Retrax Pro XR cover. https://www.yakima.com/overhaul-hd https://www.yakima.com/tonneau-kit-1 https://retrax.com/retraxpro-xr Cool part is it's plain as far as I can see, no big brand label up...
