Sting Gray was my first choice, but in mid-June my dealer was not able to choose matching fender AND hard top. One (1) or the the other was available to choose (I can't remember which), but not both. So I bailed and went Billet. I'm guessing you have the black hardtop?

Nick, don't do it, talk to your dealer. They have to have some form of leverage. I thought Jeep chat wouldn't talk to anyone after getting "Jeff" involved? Now i'm wondering if I should go on chat and get an update (even though I know it won't be different).

Nick, don't do it, talk to your dealer. They have to have some form of leverage. I thought Jeep chat wouldn't talk to anyone after getting "Jeff" involved? Now i'm wondering if I should go on chat and get an update (even though I know it won't be different).

Hey FCA, we know you are out there listening (reading) from previous responses in this thread. We (well those of us still waiting) are all in a similar boat and more than willing to endure the wait, but when hearing information like this from a supposed resource, concern, frustration and doubt creep in. Any input and/or response would be greatly appreciated in helping us understand how things like this happen. Thanks in advance.

Wonder if that's the in/out of status thing I heard others talking about? D1 then back to D without knowing it.

You've been in the current D status for 9 days.

Could be sinister if you think of it, mismanagement. Pop customers out and in of status so the system without a deeper audit trail review shows order fulfillment is purring along at a high level. Might affect someone's bonus.

Of course, we can't know, because we don't know anything. Well, we know we don't have a Jeep or any idea when it's coming. I'm certain of that.

Same boat. 86 days from order now and got the same communication you did. Nothing further or more useful.

Trade you I'm at 99 lol. I talked top my salesman and he's calling someone at jeep to see what's up but not holding my breath

Yeah, you might be the standard bearer for non Granite LE futility, or at least the longest suffering manual order-er.

In the interest of integrity and fairness, I would gladly trade you... except I'd not be improving your lot!

Encouraging that you went from D1 to KZ in 3 weeks. For those waiting get their number finally called (that will happen eventually, right?), at least it was relatively quick from there.

yea i was 14 days of d1 last monday and 7 days later I am in JB. so when they are doing stuff those parts are quick.

My father in laws was 5 days from d to on the train is what the dealer told me
