There's a decent chance the oil pump isn't bad, but the oil pressure sensor was tricked with this filter cap torqueing issue. I removed and retorqued my filter earlier this month and haven't seen the error since...if I ever do I'll be sure to update this thread.

Agreed. Nobody else has touched mine since the day it left the lot. Will have to suck it up for the recalls. HPFF and the tailgate latch together in one appt...minimize exposure to dealerships.

You're fine. The first interval the engine is still breaking in. I change my oil every 7500 mi. Including the first interval, as it were. I'm at 22,5 now, my third change. Oh that reminds me, i need to send in my oil samples.

100% My experience with Wavian has been flawless. As stated on an earlier page, i had a rotopax fail on me for no good reason (Wavian has experienced the same conditions without concern) and man, you don't want your fuel leaking out for so many reasons...

May or may not be the same software change. Yes GDE appears to do something helpful. Maybe not the same thing that FCA is going to do; they could have a few software changes to various systems packaged together to make them play together differently. We dunno.
