Millennials were born between 1981 & 1996. Unfortunately, I are one...Born in 86... But my attitude and mentality is more like a Gen-X, because I always grew up hanging out the older kids.
Yep, I'd say 6,000 safely...6,500 TOPS regardless of trim level...It's still a 1/4-ton V6 powered truck, no matter which way you slice it, or how cool it may be. It is what it is. Cool points don't factor into real-world performance and abilities.
Oh I know...I got the Rocket City reference. My buddy Adam Brown (country musician/song writer) is from there. He sings a song called "Rocket City". Look it up if you get a chance. Or, if he's playing live, go check him out. :like:
The name of the club sounds sort of.......Umm.......Unusual.
And the Blue Oyster Bar was a reference to one of the greatest 80's movies ever made...Police Academy. Watch it, if you've never seen it. Great stuff. Lots of slap-stick and stereotypical comedy that they can't get away with today...
Another option that has been shown to give more lift than it's listed height is the Evo Enforcer kits. They say it gives between 3.5-4.5" of lift up front and a true 2.5" lift in the rear.
I have this kit that will be going on my JTR soon...And I will be removing the spacer lift...
I'm glad you got the lift you wanted, but I just want to make sure people are aware that EVO does offer kits that include the front, or both front & rear track bars in them... The Enforcer 2.5" Stage 2 Plus (the kit i have) includes both F&R track bars and is ~$1,600 price range. It does not...
Emissions are bullshit anyway, so I could give a shit about the EPA or emissions testing. And yes, I care about the environment, but global warming is bullshit...Let's just be real and honest about it.
As for crash tests...It's already passed crash testing as a vehicle...It's in production for...
Yeah, they stopped lying and got off their asses, and got back to the drawing board... Because if aftermarket swaps pass inspections, there's definitely no reason that factory offerings shouldn't be able to pass with flying colors.
