I'm going to ceramic coat mine soon which is a fairly easy process (just time consuming). But, I've used Carpro Reload in the past as a stop-gap until I could ceramic coat and it was pretty good. Definitely not as good as ceramic, but much better than wax.
Is the Mopar tonneau cover the same material as the premium soft top? I want a tonneau cover but not really a big fan of the vinyl-looking ones; I want it to match the top if possible. My local dealer didn't have any unfortunately.
You could probably just angle it to sit in the front of the bed and rest on the tailgate, then strap it down. But that depends on how nice of a paddleboard you have since that might scuff it up a little.
New to Jeeps... <$100 is a great price that I would definitely pay before putting something together myself. A couple cars ago I had an Audi S3 - the factory 'resonator delete' option was like $225 and they literally just cut the pipes before and after the resonator and used band clamps to put...
All it would take is a pipe cutter ($35), and exhaust band clamp ($10), and a short run of exhaust pipe ($10) and you could make your own very easily. And, it would be reversible since you could use the band clamp and put your stock muffler back on.
Proximity key is probably one of the few things that would be extremely hard to add after the fact. At least you can always add LED lights and the 8.4" screen!
