There are a few companies that do, Hellcat swap is ~$70-80k and Hemi swap is ~$30-40k (which IMO is pointless since you can just supercharge the V6 for $7k and get similar power). But even with the Hellcat swap the Gladiator is not *fast* (0-60 is 5.0 or something)
Heat rises. There's no point in blowing hot air out of the main cabin vents to warm the cabin as it is much more effective to use the floor vents. That being said, if I have the top down or doors off and it's a little chilly out I will aim the main cabin vents on my hands and take it off auto...
Yes this is true, but the soft top is only held on by 4 bolts and easily comes off altogether. I'll gladly live with the trade off of easily putting the top back and having the 'mullet' when I don't have time to completely remove it.
Any chance you can post a speedometer video or something similar? I know this would make a huge difference in acceleration but would love to see some numbers.
I'd HIGHLY recommend Oracles headlights. Check out the beam cutoff they posted.

For voice guidance, have you tried turning the volume up? You have to turn it up WHILE the system should be saying something, otherwise you'll just change the main volume instead of the voice volume.
Do you have any pictures of the inside of the stock covers? I have a hard time believing the cloth seats would allow less air to flow than perforated leather.
Regardless, an LED bulb in a standard reflector housing will come nowhere close to the output of the Oracle LED housings. A vendor trying to prevent the spread of false information is justified in my eyes, even if they do it to boost sales. An LED bulb in a reflector housing should be illegal.
