  1. Post up your cold air intakes and experience? Looking for better mpg

Mojave is heavier yes but it cant be by much, its no Rubicon. Tires are 4lbs heavier per tire but my front bumper is 25lbs or more lighter currently. Im just having a hard time with the mpg change. 1 or 2mpg ok, but its like 3-4 different. I even reset my mpg while back, same. Sitting at just...
  2. Post up your cold air intakes and experience? Looking for better mpg

I just cant get over my mpg difference between my 20’ GPEC2 vs my 22’ GPEC5 3.6. Both similar lifts, steel bumpers with same winch, both running the same tonneau covers, 20’ jeep intake vs 22’ mishimoto and both with 2.5” and 3” straight catbacks. I was over 20mpg on my 20’ vs 16-17mpg on my...
  3. Doghouse Gen II Overland Trailer

After a few trips plus a 10 day trip, we found we needed a little extra space (handy space) for lighters, spare knives and spatulas. Completed this today in about 4-5 hours. Tucks nicely under the existing cook area slide. 1.75” depth for most items used for cooking.

Mishimoto with dry filter. Great, slight noise but nothing excessive and will allow me to run an AEV snorkel in the future. No changes to mpg but slight bump off the line. My 3” afe rock basher exhaust did however give me a slight bump in mpg, about .5-1mpg and truck pulls a little stronger...
  5. 10 day Trip- Jasper,Banff Canada

Camp at the icefields parking lot, yes its a parking lot but the views are stunning. My favourite night by far. Watched a house sized chunk of ice fall around 9am sipping coffee. It was breathtaking
  6. 10 day Trip- Jasper,Banff Canada

Its shrinking about 2m a year they said. They marker from 2006 until now was like , wtf. But at the same time its been shrinking since 1841.
  7. 10 day Trip- Jasper,Banff Canada

100% stop at the Columbia Icefield and take a stroll through Jasper. Saw some massive bull Elk in the park which my wife has never seen. Banff was a gongshow as was Lake Louise so good luck on that one. We were basically escorted out of both places due to no parking. Jasper area was my favourite...
  8. 10 day Trip- Jasper,Banff Canada

Big thanks to Overland X, lifestyle overland and a few other youtubers for the camp suggestions. Next up is the Yukon or NWT, maybe 2023 or 24’. But already considering an Alu Cab or Rover King rather than tow. Its tough, both setups have advantages.
  9. 10 day Trip- Jasper,Banff Canada

6 different places. Two were not even worth mentioning lol. One was a late night stop, woke up to squatters around us. Needless to say an adventure and we left after a quick bowl of cereal. Martha Lake outside Revelstoke BC was a winner too. Great camp spot to take out kids next year.
  10. 10 day Trip- Jasper,Banff Canada

Just completed our 10 day trip living solely out of our trailer and rooftop tent. Trip consisted of several different camp spots, some provincial, some national park and some public land use areas. Absolute blast and learnt a bunch for next years trip (Yukon or NWT). Love the trailer but...
  11. Mishimoto Air Induction Install

So as always, I cannot not mod my Jeep. Guilty as you probably are as well. Had a $250 Amazon gift and got this for $244 cdn. Ive had my eye on the Mishimoto unit since my 2020 3.6 but went with the Mopar mainly because it was sealed and allowed the use of my AEV snorkel. To start I modded my...
  12. Post up your cold air intakes and experience? Looking for better mpg

Heres the link, good watch. Dont disagree it aint much but people like myself cant justify $8000 superchargers that seem to be causing issues anyways. I dont mind a $400 intake.
  13. Post up your cold air intakes and experience? Looking for better mpg

Yeah its done by JLT, a very reputable tuner and its on the S&B youtube channel. Its a good watch. He overlaps likewise runs as far as temps and AF. It makes power throughout. Yeah well the theory is 3.73 struggles with heavier larger 35” tires compared to 4.10s. Not sure why my 22’ Mojave is...
  14. Post up your cold air intakes and experience? Looking for better mpg

Mine should be here anyday, im excited, appears one of a few intakes that are tuned to the 3.6 powerband. JLT “third party tester” for S&B just posted a new video of a dyno on a 3.6. It made 5hp and 10lbft throughout the powerband. I would this is very realistic for most intakes that use a...
  15. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

I like them too, been a fan of them since I first saw them last year. Finally pulled the pin and ordered the Diamondcutters in black. Nice balance between an industrial look and gucci lol.
  16. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Added some longer mudflaps and rubber to boot, not plastic junk. I needed 12-14” to help protect the door hinges and trailer as well.
  17. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Yes factory lugs work. I will switch to black soon I think. Couldnt be happier how they fit. Weight 1lb more, 0 offset fits most tires and appear to be high quality.
  18. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Finally after almost 2 months of waiting, Warn Epic Diamondcutters in black are on! 27lbs per wheel exactly and the stock Mojaves are 25.8lbs, no real hit there. They look great and I love the 0 offset with my flare extensions.
  19. Working On RSI Build Out

What kind of weight has all thus added? Looking a similar setup with the Alucab canopy.
