That’s odd , I went to their website ,threw some numbers into their calculator had options but a note at bottom of page said for their WDH to work correctly you must have at least 350 pound tongue weight, so person saying works best with at least 500 is a little concerning, perhaps a call back...
Bill, the Mojave get a long club had a meeting and you are welcome on the Mojave thread my friend!🤪
I did stop by my dealer checking for Mojaves to see if any had select transfer case ,nope, they had seven Gladiators all Nighthawk editions all priced the same all $43,900 list price, but they did...
Well Bill , I did swap out my rear Mojave springs for a set of Max-Tow springs which were 1 3/8” shorter so used a 1 3/8” Icon aluminum spacer. Chris “White Rabbit” here helped me figuring it out, he did it to his Mojave. I have an RSI cap and a ARB fridge mounted on a bracket in bed for surf...
Bill, the Mojave X springs are beefier, just to support the winch bumper and possible winch install, others have swapped them into older Mojaves to help with bumper weight, I will be one of those as I bought a set of front springs. I agree has nothing to do with payload just heavier spring...
Get a weight distributing hitch with sway control , see how it goes, you can add airbags later if needed. I have a Blue Ox sway pro with 500 pound rated bars and am very happy with it. A lot of people including dealers just sell you a weight hitch and don’t factor in all the weights of trailer...
Bill did you ever find out if your are getting the transfer case you wanted. I built a Mojitio Mojave X the other night on the Jeep site and looks like the auto is avalible, plus I have now seen two Mojito Gladiators around my area. Guess I should stop by and check tomorrow......Jack
If you like the factory look try and find a set of Mopar Performance factory step sliders, they stick out farther , make a better slider and protect your body better from stones and such. They are a $1000 option from factory when ordering. I found a set and they are really nice......Jack
I don’t think they replace the whole axle anymore that was a couple years ago and the wait time was real long. The sensor was not avalible separately they are now but back ordered. Mine failed on my 2021 at 91 miles, I was not waiting months for the whole axle, ordered the Z kit ,left Jeep...
Post in marketplace that you want to swap cap for a tinted one, mentioning that everyone with a cap with tinted rear window has crap view out rear view mirror. I have an RSI cap and posted wanting a base cap with untinted window , Chris from here reached out saying he was looking to tint his, we...
Going against the grain on a 12 volt negative ground system is not really a great idea, you received good advice. Everything in your camper is negative ground, the frame any metal part of lights, and just about everything your positive cable might touch including the bracket holding the...
Search for companies that do engine swaps or shop all the regular places people take rubicon, Mojave or standard hoods off d roses for others friending on color it would be a cheap option. Export Jeeps and Mojave are the only steel hoods, though I suspect 392 Wrangler is steel also.
It’s...
Moose knuckles are pretty neat ,expensive but are rated 500 pounds more then Crosby shackles , plus they have rubber on them to prevent rattles. I have Crosby shackles and store them inside , I don’t use the recovery gear enough to leave them out in elements and on display to thieves. But if...
