  1. What to plan for... keeping back hard top off extended period.

I'll check it out. Thanks. Guess the idea would be to slow the water down? Or does it end up pooling a lil bit then coming in around the sides? That would be undesirable ?
  2. What to plan for... keeping back hard top off extended period.

I don't know about waterproof. Water resistant for sure. I got a sport model just for that reason though (among others). Don't want to worry about that stuff. I could be remembering something else or just incorrectly but I think I read something about being able to spray it all out with a hose...
  3. What to plan for... keeping back hard top off extended period.

Thank you. Probably just needed to hear it would be ok, lol. All of my transportation has had a roof and doors.
  4. What to plan for... keeping back hard top off extended period.

I didn't really know when I asked but thats what I'm looking for I think. What is the day to day driving around like that when rain just happens? Don't mind getting a lil bit wet. Did you park covered or out in the wild? What did it look like after a night of rain in the morning? Thanks.
  5. What to plan for... keeping back hard top off extended period.

Cool, thanks... haven't really settled on one yet so I appreciate your experience with it. ?
  6. What to plan for... keeping back hard top off extended period.

Cool. Did you keep in your carpet? Plugs? Just sprinkles? Never got caught in a bad one?
  7. What to plan for... keeping back hard top off extended period.

Thanks for that suggestion, hadn't seen that one. The main reason I was planning the other is I've seen a few mention no leaks and ofcourse, it covers over with the doors on. So... leak experience? Zero water, little water? Does it pool up anywhere during the downpour? Get wet inside...
  8. About to order a Willys - suggestions appreciated!!!

Thanks, I did see that but I have some plans of my own, it didn't really suit me. Happy I have 2 keys, one to experiment on.
  9. SARGE GREEN Gladiator club

Not sure if it's permanent. From what I understand there was a supply issue.

Go here https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/guide-to-the-jeep-gladiator-order-build-tracking-and-delivery-process/ If you haven't already. I ordered my sarge green willys sport 2/16 and it arrived at my dealer 3/19 Others have been 3 weeks. Some multiple months. It really depends on supply...
  11. What to plan for... keeping back hard top off extended period.

So I'm thinking about rolling "back-topless" and back doorless all summer with my freedom panels on or off depending on whatever. just for a little more context. Got the jeep naked the other day for the first time and dug it. I've already deleted 60% of the backseat and cut out the rear...
  12. Just purchased the Clearlidz top for my. JTR

Those look pretty sweet! Hadn't seen that. Yeah, the price is for sure a big con.. almost spit out my coffee. Other than that, in the last ride, I'd often leave my sunroof uncovered but closed, can get quite hot... was nice to have the option to cover it back up.
  13. About to order a Willys - suggestions appreciated!!!

I think most people get the 8.4 so they can have access to what is it "offroad pages" I think... Obviously bigger screen, etc... I bought a willys sport. Came from a bmw with every option. I had the 5" and it was fine for what it was. I had planned to upgrade aftermarket from the get go as I...
  14. Flush Mount Tail Lights

Man these are sweet. Wish I had the scratch to preorder. I'll have to wait until I bust one on a trail.
  15. Broke my first thing....

    Dang. Tough luck.
  16. Broke my first thing....

Yup, did the same. Not gonna need it
  17. Broke my first thing....

Right on, glad it came in. Hahah, Yeah I'm the one that pulled the stickers in the willys club thread, changed out the avatar from the seizure inducing one
  18. Broke my first thing....

Same here. I just have the larger "half" out right now to accommodate a very large dog bed but may delete the other still. That was the plan but taking out the larger one opened up so much space figured I'd see if that 3rd seat comes in handy or not. Both seats pulled, no carpet is a nice look...
  19. Broke my first thing....

    Good question.
