Thanks for sharing. Sucks you didn't get what you thought, agree this should be flashing in bold red letters when somebody orders it.
I'm of the weirdos that hate drl though, so this sounds like a feature to me. Hopefully it isn't fixed before I buy it.
I'm glad this thread is still going. I too am still day dreaming about being able to comfortably and stealthily sleep in my JT.
The back seat delete gets me stealth but not comfort. Thought of taking out front seat but too much function gone.
Thought hammock from from front passenger to back...
Yeah I know. Much easier said.
After a bit of similar to you, and reading... so much reading. I resigned myself just to check for the build sheet each day.
Thats is frustrating in itself as by my math my jeep was on a train before it had a build sheet.
If I had to do it again, I'd like to...
I have the same question. From what I understand if the dealer does it, warranty is fine, otherwise the new parts and anything downhill forfeits coverage though may have their own separate warranty.
I am use to doing my own work but such a different world then my 3 series crap.
Lol I'm even...
Lol, this is pretty much what I expect to happen when I do my first trail road trip to a badge destination... i dunno. I imagine they'd err on the side of giving undeserved badges rather then the alternative, upset people who got it but they couldn't prove it? Just for pr if nothing else...
I've been trying to buy 4x4s at lowes to complete my kitchen island since last june.
Rude rude days are coming unfortunately.
Not trying to sky is falling anyone but my walmarts freezers are still only half full on the best days... this from over a year ago.
Business closures, delays...
Yup. Some will say you are stuck with whatever is active at time of purchase, so you get... Some will lock you in at time of order and if additional shows up you get. So you get...
Never heard of not getting a current discount unless living in the wrong area. Looks like you got a bonus.
I remember reading it needed a dealer flash, this an aftermarket proximity? Or was the dealer accommodating?
I realize it says mopar, I was just under the impression proximity locks required a dealer flash above and beyond parts and that most dealers couldn't actually do it.
This may have...
Maybe they have finally worked out the kinks then. I saved 3k switching from sport to willys sport with mine. For sport s, overland seems to be where a price drop can be found.
It all depends on options obviously. I don't know trims max tow gets sold now.. but 50k for a sport s just sounds so...
Just devils advocate here... not even touching other thoughts you've expressed...an argument could be made that data from consumer reports should be taken more seriously because of the lack of random samples.
Trust me when I tell you the scientific method no longer exist when it comes to...
Holy crap. 50k for a sport s? I will say this. When I priced mine out, the hardtop did not add into the price on the website. Imagine thats not the only bug.
I lucked out, they didn't notice until delivery and ate the cost. Sounds like your dealership is savy to it. Just my guess. They...
