  1. Folding light bar brackets

No one? That's surprising. I guess I will DIY something.
  2. Folding light bar brackets

Besides the fold down light bar bracket on Zips.com, for $385, has anyone found a product or a DIY solution for making a fold down light bar? I'm trying to come up with a solution for clearing parking garages. You would think it would be a common problem. $385 is a little steep for me.
  3. Stupid lighting for a Chase Rack

I knew it. Damn knueter valve is a bitch to replace, too...
  4. Stupid lighting for a Chase Rack

I have the Tuwa Pro Moab rack on the Glad. I am going to put a classic look light bar with 7" round lights on it. Would it be stupid to add an amber adhesive strip light to the front of the bar? Like the strips on truck running boards. It would serve no purpose other than a clearance / marker...
  5. GMRS antenna question

That's probably the route I am going to go. I wasn't sure if the rack rails would provide enough ground plane on their own. Wishful thinking on my part. lol
  6. GMRS antenna question

I have an nmo mount, magnetic base, low profile antenna. When it was mounted on my Ram roof, reception was perfect. Which mounting location on my Gladiator would most likely be better - on drivers side fender mount or on my Tuwa Pro Moab rack? I might just get another antenna that would work...
  7. CB and GMRS Install

I do have the aux switches. Can you run a 50 watt radio off them, safely? I have a kg1000g. I had it wired direct to the battery when I had my Ram. I was going to do the same with the Gladiator.
  8. CB and GMRS Install

You guys that mounted radios overhead, is there an easy way to snake the wiring to get it underhood to the battery? I'm assuming on either side of the windshield.

  10. Things you don't notice at first - Or for a while

I don't have the tech package, I just got the 8.4 stereo. I also have the Max tow package. I figured the little Jeep driving was just a standard thing in all Jeeps.
  11. Things you don't notice at first - Or for a while

Mine does not have the little Jeep driving or the 1941 on the tach. It is a sport S. My brother's Willys has both.
  12. My ASS doesn't work

I do not have the AC or heat temp on auto.
  13. My ASS doesn't work

This says the heat / AC does affect it.
  14. My ASS doesn't work

I ended up toggling through the screens and the start/stop was off because I was using the AC. Thank you all for the input. Mystery solved.
  15. My ASS doesn't work

Surely you jest. Read the book??? Why would I bother with that, when I have access to all these experts minds to pick? Read a book, why I never... And someone posted that the humor had left the thread.
  16. My ASS doesn't work

Sweet!! I live in Ohio, so mine might not ever work. We get all the seasons everyday, all year round.
  17. My ASS doesn't work

My dealer was 70 miles from my house. The rest of my driving has just been local. I'll check it tomorrow with the AC off. Again, I really am not disappointed that it is not working. I would be shutting it off anyways.
  18. My ASS doesn't work

I have not driven without the AC on. I'll check that the next time i'm out.
  19. My ASS doesn't work

So, I picked up my Sport S on Friday. I have put around 250 miles on it. The auto start/stop has not functioned one time. There are no lights triggered and everything else is functioning 100%. As of right now, I am considering it a bonus Easter egg. My dad suggested hitting the button that would...
