Thanks for that! I was surprised finding a front plate would be so difficult. Several people ahve said certain ones worked for them, but no one yet driving a 2021 Willys has so I'm being patient until I'm sure on something.
Just a head's up, I inquired with Metalcloak and the rep said that the front diff plate doesn't fit. His quote: " Thank you for reaching out. The rear will work without an issue and you are correct that you have a 210 front. The front diff and skid only works on the 18-20 model years. The 21+...
Loud human noises are exactly what I get into the woods to try to get away from. I don't even bring a radio. Having said that, I'll admit that in my younger days I've been a bit too loud laughing around a campfire with buddies catching up and sharing stories after a few cold ones; but I'd like...
Not much of an update but the sun sped up my removal of the Jeep overlay stickers by fading them out terribly. Should have taken a before pic but I could barely stand to look at them anymore. Much happier with it back to black.
Have some various undercarriage body armor on order and in carts...
I probably drove mine for a week before I felt them back there. Going from a '96 Chevy pickup I'd driven for 21 years, there was a pretty big learning curve getting into a modern vehicle. But truth is, I almost never use them. Not sure if I forget the buttons are there or just haven't gotten in...
Thanks. Wow that was a lot of wiring diagrams and such to get to the meat of it. Guessing the little square on the bottom of page 10 is all the info I need. Hopefully Uconnect is easy enough to get into settings and see where they are/change if needed.
High Altitude is the highest trim level, price-wise of all the Gladiators. MSRP is almost 8 grand more than the Mojave and Rubicon. It's an Overland with a pretty extensive (and expensive) customer preferred package.
Thank you both!
I notice they mention this is for a Rubicon under "notes." I bought a Willys, and am guessing the differential casting would be the same?
Aesthetically I love it. My only worry would be, driving on a lot of gravel roads, that tires that stick out that far would send gravel flying up against the paint.
So looking at the complete package, there's one for $1850 and one for $1550. First two listed here. I'm trying to tell the difference and it looks like they even used the same photo for both. I may calm down and just get the ones listed earlier, especially since my oil change place would hate me.
In all seriousness, when I took mine out to the land I hunt turkey on, it beeped pretty much the entire time every time I was in reverse. I think a tall blade of grass is enough to set the sensor off. But I won't lie and say part of my desire for these is that I think they look nice and every...
I watched an older lady looking at mine about a month ago, and it got pretty weird. She cupped her hands and veered into the windows and rubbed the hood for a lack of a better word. I had the fob in my hand and what OP did crossed my mind but I wasn't sure if she wasn't in dementia or something...
^ A lot of people swear to the contrary. I've even seen photos "proving" both points on this forum. Until I see a video of someone removing them from 2 new stock vehicles; I don't know what to believe.
Dang, wish mine would. I got the trailer tow package, so perhaps it points more towards the hitch? Either way, it's a constant beep when in reverse with it on.
