No, while the lift moved the axle farther away from the frame and the track bar pulled the axle to the left, the drag link also was pulled over. It may be close, but it is incredibly easy to adjust, so adjust your new track bar to center the front axle and then make a fine adjustment to the drag...

No, disconnect the stabilizer, check the free play on the steering wheel and center it, and then follow the thread with the instructions for adjusting the steering box. You may need some heat to soften the locktite. Best of luck!

Did you have some slop in the steering wheel before? It is possible the stabilizer is pushing slightly against the drag link with enough pressure to remove the slop in the box pushing the steering wheel slightly left, but not enough pressure to overcome the steering box gear lash.
