I installed mine without any programming or issues. Before the integrated mopar controller I used the curt echo and loved it. I just wanted to have one integrate4d so I could pull my mothers with out having to remember to keep the curt echo in my truck.

Id varify the toe your self in the driveway and see if making an adjustment on your own helps. i have my jt and wifes jlu set to 1/8-1/16 toe in and they both drive great. I set it in the driveway with a measuring tape and my kids side walk chalk to write the numbers down

Im on board with everyone who’s skeptical about its ability to tow. But we do need to face the fact that most truck owners dont tow, and if they do its a uhaul. Just like most jeep owners dont off road. We’re not the target market :-/
