My vote is a hard no on the Teraflex stuff. I'm but one measly person with one bad experience, but I say fuck them.

In my (limited) experience, a 1.5" spacer lift will bump the front up a hair without any real negative side effects, and won't totally remove all rake. Technically you should probably do more, track bar, upper/lower control arms, but in reality a 1.5" spacer won't really throw anything else off...
