So I just recently came across this lift option. And seems most are pleased with it. So it's now on my radar. So I have some questions. Actually all of them. Lol
Currently running Rubicon shocks with the heaviest Rubicon gasser front springs and max tow rear springs. Also using the 1" front...
My Gladiator doesn't have selec-trac or max tow. Which I really wanted. But I wasn't able to order a Nacho because I missed the order window by a few days. I had pondered getting a Gecko exactly like I wanted. So my dealer guy went ahead and ordered one and said we would see how the trade would...
Even though the build and price is glitchy, updated late and is basically just a guide, it still offers a little more insight as to what is standard and what comes in specific packages.
I'm not too worried as I'm not really looking to order ATM. Unless they announce chief blue. Then I'm all...
We really need to see some confirmation on what changes have been made to the packages. The order guide is pretty vague. It appears that the keyless proximity entry is now in the tech package. Other apparent changes aren't really clearly defined.
I've pondered one of these. I'd be worried about the finish of the metal and rust. But figured worst case scenario if it starts to rust get it line-x coated. Would still be into it for much less than an OEM.
Well I would guess December since the order guide came out a month late. If you look at the 2021 order guides Snazzberry was added two months after the first order guide came out. Nacho was add two months later.
But in all honesty you can never predict what they will do. Only guess based on...
Typically they start doing changes the second month after the order guide first comes out. You could always wait and see what happens. Depends on how much of a hurry you are in.
I've been looking over the order guide again. Some things are a little confusing. So the proximity keyless entry is showing as standard in technology group. The technology group is standard from the Sport S and up. If you look at Page 3 it has checks for the proximity keyless remote in the Texas...
On the 2022 Wrangler you have to get half doors to get the proximity keyless entry. It was added to the build and price for the Gladiator a few months ago an you can add it to any trim level. Whether this is a glitch or not I'm not sure. Maybe someone will chime in with their success or failure...
Lots of people are hoping for Mojito. Personally I'm not a fan. But I can't see them doing two loud limited greens back to back years. They just did Gecko and Nacho. If I were a betting man I'd say one of the limited colors will be a past orange like Crush or Sunset.
