I would never advise towing over your sticker rating unless being pursued by zombies or enraged protesters.
Max Tow and a hard top would do it for me. As it is, with my Nighthawk and a class IV hitch I'm at 6000 lb capacity. A re gear to 4:10s and a high power fan would get me very close to Max Tow spec.
Looks like Leith Jeep in Wendell has a base soft top 2025 asking 34,7....a 2025 Nighthawk 37,9...but I believe id go for their Max Tow Sport Hard Top at 41 something!

The build sheet on my Nighthawk specs "standard engine cooling" so I'm guessing the fan is not the heavy duty model. Looks like the electrics would support the 850 watt fan though.
