If it's reliable and halfway serviceable. And available with a properly designed manual. Heck yeah that would be a hoot
540 hp isn't worth being dependent on Joe Servicemanager.
Emotion aside:
The clutch isn't a good design: it requires additional revs because of the light flywheel, lack of engagement feel, and there's a safety recall out for it.
There wasn't a clutch recall for any other manual transmission vehicle I've ever driven, but there is for this.
Bad...
Changing a light on the dash and putting in a new clutch of the same design doesn't fix the actual issue.
Just give us some money towards a new properly designed clutch and stop dragging out this halfass CYA.
Again, you're using emotional buzzwords to try and make me appear as "extreme" so you don't have to use logic to consider what I said.
I made true statements, and you countered with emotion.
Companies are in fact getting motivation at the same time to reduce consumer ownership within their...
No tin foil here. You mentioned that because it elicits an emotional response to make me seem "extreme" and dismiss any points without objective consideration.
I just ask honest questions and keep an open mind. Look at cause and effect, coincidence vs a common denominator.
I also never said...
Does your passenger door not have an outside lock?
I do agree it would be nice if all 4 had locks from the outside. I've gotten used to the reach around to get the back ones though lol
The back window pieces I roll up and stow under the bigger rear seat. I was worried rolling it would damage it or show marks, but I've had no visible issues the last year or so, and over last winter specifically.
And the corner pieces I put under the front seats. They are basically concealed...
I love my soft top, wish I had ordered it from the factory instead of hard top.
I prefer being able to have the full roof and/or back open and not just over the front seats. And also being able to take out the back window separately (safari mode is fun) or all together. And to do it...
I did the 1.5" Teraflex and came out very close to level, just a tiny bit of rake. Just about perfect in my book.
Basically a visual preference, but a lot of rake is uglier to me than squat, if I had to pick one.
A spacer won't change your suspension dynamics, so just go by visual preference.
Agreed, but the root cause isn't corporations all happening to get that same idea at the same time. They're getting that direction from a common source.
