You do have a valid point. More complexity brings more failure modes, so it has to be worth the tradeoff in the benefits as they pertain to you.
That being said, anecdotally mine has been nearly perfect so far in terms of reliability. And it's a lot of fun having the only convertible truck on...
Curious to hear some data points on this as well.
Especially as I understand Act doesn't require hydraulics modification compared to Centerforce, depending on how much time that saves.
I've got respect for the Ridgeline if you want a "normal" midsize truck without Jeep characteristics. It's got some well thought out features and I'm sure would hold up pretty well over time.
Most people wouldn't know whether it was unibody or not if they didn't read it somewhere.
Late to the party but just moved to the Augusta area. Already been a part of few Jeep parking lot takeovers haha.
Looking forward to running into some of you guys.
Manual is simpler. And directly a mechanical connection - no silicon or software is required for it to function.
You can add fun/cool onto that, but it's not just that.
That's why I like it at least.
You do think that "blowing" money on a new car is gratifying. You did it.
I would rather not have car payments and be in debt to others perpetually. But to each their own.
You asked me to talk you out of more debt, so I said my piece, I'll leave it there.
It has nothing to do with humility, or "the 1%".
It has to do with complacency and instant gratification.
You don't have to have a perpetual car payment. Follow a budget and set aside some money, and you'll surprise yourself in a good way.
Borrower is slave to the lender.
They aren't making them either... (assuming the strike is in effect)
I stopped reading there a bit ago for a few reasons. They come across as people that would prefer a Tacoma (or a Corolla more likely).
BS like that makes me want to dump FCA and new cars in general, and just drive an old square body Chevy.
I tried getting a written commitment from FCA that they would reimburse me and got hung up on multiple times.
Jeep, you admitted you have an issue that puts customers at risk. Do the right...
